Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The location on the edge of the lake provided splendid views. The tastefully furnished rooms, especially the curved showers, added to the charm. The complimentary bike rentals allowed us to explore the lake surroundings. But what truly made our 2 week stay unforgettable was the warm and genuine hospitality we experienced from the hotel manager, 王店长, and her exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction and accommodated all our requests with professionalism. 王店长's thoughtful gesture of surprising us with freshly picked bayberries on her day off was truly memorable. We're so grateful for the generous and dedicated service accorded to us, that left us with nothing but fond memories of our time in 东钱湖.

Very unique, the lake view room feels like a room in the lake, and the beach camp next to it is very suitable for family outings!

I was deceived by Xiaohongshu, but I was disappointed. It was completely different from the view room in the picture. When the curtains were opened, I could see the room opposite 😂 and according to the front desk, it was the best upgraded room. But the lake view was totally unsatisfactory. The breakfast was also very light and had very few samples. The plain noodles could only be eaten with pickled mustard. The room I booked was not cheap either, and it was not cost-effective at all. The hotel did not even have parking service, so I had to go to the scenic area to find a parking space. The experience was really bad.

It was the first time I took my children to a hotel in Dongqian Lake, Ningbo. Unfortunately, it was raining that day and we couldn't go out to play. We could only stay in the room. The breakfast was very simple. The fruit was rotten and the eggs were not fresh. There was a bad smell when we opened them. The children didn't eat them. I felt sorry for the price.

I stayed here once last year and it was ok. I booked the same room type and stayed in the same room. This time I paid 200 yuan offline. It's not worth the price. There was a bad smell when I entered the room, and I found a pair of legs. I was worried that they would climb onto the bed at night. There was no service at all. There was no one at the front desk. There was not even a bath towel. I gave feedback to the front desk in the morning and it seemed that they didn't care at all. There was even less in the morning.
