飯店的服務一流，尤其是櫃台的林先生。態度親切，還親自幫我送咖啡包跟茶包。酒店的早餐。非常豐富。營養均衡幾乎一天的蔬菜及水果就足夠了。，酒店的電視台節目非常的精彩。，酒店地點也非常的適合，出門走路1分鐘，就是公車站，搭公車到溪口公車站，再轉車1小時就可以到寧波火車站。

房間挺大，設施也比較新。離蔣氏故居車程幾分鐘，比較方便。自駕停車也方便，酒店外路邊就有免費的停車位。旁邊院長也可以停。有件舊衣服扔在房間，工作人員還特地打電話詢問。服務很棒。

酒店圖片和實際相符，還挺乾淨的，，酒店就在奉化河邊，風景很好，散步很舒服，離主要景點都不遠，蔣氏故居走路可到，雪竇山開車也很近。總體很方便。帶長者小孩來這邊玩雪竇山和蔣氏故居，服務態度很好，前台知道我們長者小孩的，還給我們了一些照顧，感謝

如家中房間面積夠大，衞生乾淨，如果貼心點每個房間備一個一次性馬桶墊就更顯用心❤️。房間對面看到江，景色不錯。酒店出門右手步行50米，有公交266可以直達蔣氏故居和雪竇山景區，免除了景區停車難的後顧之憂。

在江邊，溪口晚上很安靜，好像居民早早就休息了。這家店早餐較差，品類不多口味也一般，洗衣房衹有一台洗烘一體機，不方便，其他都還好

服務比較滿意 入住快捷 前台有禮熱情 小朋友喜歡前台小貓 天天要去擼一把 入住三天衞生打掃很及時 晚上在洗衣房洗了衣服 發現還有晾曬的地方 適合外出時間較長的家庭 不足之處對自駕來説 停車場有點小 有一天回來晚了衹能停在路邊了
