Conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with modern and complete amenities. The service robots were excellent, providing prompt and accurate service whenever needed, thumbs up! 👍 Breakfast was beyond expectations, especially for a Marriott brand, and they even offered local specialty business set meals. Great value for money. I will definitely stay here again. Five-star rating!

The service was very attentive, and they even upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station. The driver got me there in just 16 minutes. I would definitely book here again on my next visit.

On this business trip to Ningbo, I specifically chose this hotel for its efficiency and comfort, and it certainly didn't disappoint. For business travelers, time and experience are equally important, and this hotel excelled in both aspects. Check-in at the front desk was incredibly fast. The staff were professional and efficient, recognized me as a member, and proactively asked about my preferences for floor and room orientation, saving a lot of communication time. The room was spacious and bright, and the workspace was very well-designed; outlets were right within reach. The high-speed WiFi connection was stable, with no drops during video conferences, which was a huge plus!

Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's very well-maintained. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathroom facilities feel high-quality. I particularly liked their fitness center and laundry room – so convenient for long-term travelers. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even kindly upgraded my room type. The cleaning staff always greeted me warmly, which made me feel very welcome. Breakfast is a buffet with both Chinese and Western options, and I especially enjoyed the authentic Ningbo-style glutinous rice balls and seafood noodles. The dinner buffet also offers great value for money, with fresh ingredients and prompt replenishment.

Seriously, if you're visiting Ningbo, you *have* to stay here! Whether it's for business or leisure, the value for money is absolutely incredible. It's right in the heart of Yinzhou, with everything you could want for food, drinks, and entertainment just steps away. Taking a taxi to attractions costs barely anything, which is a lifesaver for lazy travelers like me! The minimalist wooden design is stylish and sophisticated, and the bedding is just the right firmness (a huge win for someone who struggles to sleep in new places). I slept like a baby until I naturally woke up. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic natural light, making every photo look like it's from a magazine. The front desk staff are all super friendly and always happy to help. Plus, there's even a robot that delivers your takeout right to your door, which really adds a sense of security.

Overall, my stay was okay. However, for a hotel built in 2021, the facilities were quite subpar. The walls were stained and the linens were worn out. The front desk service was fine, but not particularly welcoming. You can see the condition of the facilities in the pictures. On the bright side, the price didn't increase much during the May Day holiday.

The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation very convenient, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the staff provided attentive service.
