We had a nice experience overall staying at the hotel. They have really nice decorations in the lobby. During our stay, we ordered food and had a robot delivered to our room, which is really convenient. The hotel is also nearby malls if you like to walk around and look for food. The room is clean, well maintained and spacious.

The stay here was great. The rooms are nice, the service is amazing with very helpful front desk staff. They communicated regularly. There is also free laundry service :)

The room's bath towels were so worn out they were practically unusable. There was only one elevator, and a robot delivered items. I asked for two bottles of water and waited 40 minutes. The air conditioner was incredibly loud. The toilet was clogged. I couldn't completely turn off the mirror light or the TV power light while sleeping. The curtains let light through. The bedding and mattress were of poor quality. From over 30 floors up, I could hear the motorcycles below. I had a very bad night's sleep.
