Hyatt Centric Lakeside Ningbo Reviews

The overall experience was great. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the rooms come with pet amenities. Walking the dog by the lake was very pleasant. It's a pity that breakfast wasn't included in this stay, so I couldn't try the exclusive pet breakfast, which is a slight regret.

Our stay with our pet was excellent; this is a truly rare pet-friendly hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to animals, providing thorough and thoughtful service throughout our stay. They truly considered our furry friend's feelings, making our stay feel completely unconstrained. The lake-view room we booked offered outstanding views, allowing us to admire the beautiful lake scenery right from our window – it was truly therapeutic. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options available and good taste, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely meal. The location is superb, right next to a shopping district, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding area was great for walks, perfect for taking our pet out. Both the facilities and service details exceeded our expectations. This is our top choice for traveling with a pet, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again for future vacations. Highly recommended for friends traveling with pets.

Facilities: Overall, the facilities are good, but the bicycles provided for cycling are not well-maintained, and the seats are quite uncomfortable now. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. However, the bedding in the room felt a bit damp. On the first night, I slept well. On the second night, I didn't get good rest, I'm not sure if it was mosquitoes or something else, but I had many bites. When checking out, I mentioned this to the front desk, and they suggested applying some 'feng you jing' (a type of medicated oil). Environment: The surrounding environment is lovely, and the room faced Tongxin Lake, offering beautiful views. Service: The front desk specifically upgraded us to a lake view room. Especially, the front desk service on the day of check-in and the second day was excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lake view is beautiful. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo.

Fantastic! Our team stayed at this hotel for a conference in Ningbo. It's a really upscale hotel with a beautiful environment and a convenient location. It was clean, hygienic, and quiet. Very satisfied!

I was very satisfied with the room and would gladly come back again next time. Thank you for Mina's warm service.

Great Location and Service, English speaking staff at any time, Kind and professional. Breakfast is delicious, with both local and international options. The room was spacious and comfy. Even during the peak time of the Chinese Holidays, we felt well served. Recommended

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and a lake nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, and it's very pet-friendly. They even have a dedicated pet elevator and provide bento boxes 🍱 for our furry friends.

This trip with my dog was a great experience! Mina at the front desk was so helpful, the room was very comfortable, and the view was fantastic! The restaurant even had a special pet-friendly area, and we met so many other cute dogs there. We had a blast!

Pet-friendly stay (under 20kg) package: It's great for bringing your dog, the surroundings are quiet, and food delivery is convenient. Mina at the front desk provided excellent service; we arrived quite late, had a few requests, and she responded promptly every time.

The hotel was very nice with great and friendly staff.. Kary was so helpful and kind....rooms were very clean....

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From booking to check-out, our stay with our furry friend far exceeded just 'pet-friendly' – it was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend quality time with their entire family (including the fluffy ones). ✨ Truly "Stress-Free" Check-in: The staff greeted us warmly, and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free, with no complications whatsoever. 🏨 Detail-Oriented Rooms: Upon entering the room, we were absolutely blown away! This wasn't just a room that *allowed* pets; it was meticulously arranged for them: * Dedicated pet bed, food bowl, water bowl, and poop bags. * A welcome gift for our pet from the hotel (dog treats, custom name tag). * The floor was made of an easy-to-clean material, and the windows ensured good ventilation. There was absolutely no pet odor, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Summary: This hotel truly understands the meaning of "pets are family." They don't just tolerate pets; they genuinely welcome and treat them with hospitality. This made our entire family (both two-legged and four-legged members) feel an unparalleled sense of respect and joy. The price was also reasonable. The hotel fee included a pet cleaning fee, and considering the ultimate experience and wonderful memories it created for the whole family (including our furry child), it was absolutely value for money! We're already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you for creating such special travel memories for us.

This was my second stay, and the hotel's environment and cleanliness are excellent. I originally planned to bring my pet this time, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't. When I arrived, I spoke with Mavis at the front desk, and she kindly switched us to a standard room type and even offered us a complimentary afternoon tea. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great experience overall! Mavis at the front desk was incredibly helpful during check-in. I'll definitely stay here again.
