Our stay at the hotel was fantastic; everything met our expectations perfectly. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

The environment is great, and they even serve plain noodles at night. The breakfast spread is also very rich. The room projector is large and the display is very clear. The hotel's surroundings offer convenient transportation with both bus and subway access.

The environment and facilities were good, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness and service. However, one of the two rooms had a smoky smell, which made it hard for the person I brought to sleep. Also, the TV in that room had no display and no signal, so we couldn't watch anything.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, but the water pressure is great, and the air conditioning gets very cold. Free parking is available, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: It's quite close to Tianyi Square, about a 9-10 yuan taxi ride away. The area is very quiet at night. Service: The front desk service is excellent, and they even offer a complimentary foot bath. Overall, it offers great value for money.

I chose this hotel because it had the highest ratings among nearby options, so I booked a by-the-hour room to rest. However, as soon as I saw the environment, I felt something was off. The basement was incredibly run-down and had a musty smell. The issues in the room also made for a very poor experience. First, upon entering, there was a noticeable fragrance, but the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered until we checked out. Then, the air conditioner wouldn't turn on. We tried using the remote, but it got no response. I wanted to contact the front desk but discovered there was no phone in the room, which felt completely unreasonable. If there's an emergency, are guests supposed to find the front desk number and call on their mobile? Additionally, there was no internet in the room. When I called the front desk on my mobile, they told me to use the 'Xiao Du' smart speaker to turn on the AC, but it kept saying 'network loading.' I called the front desk again, and they said the Wi-Fi in the newly opened room needed time to load. They then sent staff to turn on the AC. Next, the screen mirroring was incredibly laggy. It felt like the projector was quite old, and it made a lot of noise when running. It froze three or four times during playback, probably due to a bad internet connection. My by-the-hour stay was for four hours, and about an hour before checkout, I couldn't stand the lagging anymore. At the same time, 'Xiao Du' was still showing network issues, so I called the front desk again to ask for staff to come up. I waited for a long time before staff finally arrived. We realized the AC hadn't successfully turned on for the first three hours, and 'Xiao Du's' internet never worked properly. So, for the entire four-hour by-the-hour stay, we only got to enjoy the comfort a hotel should provide in the very last hour. This was a truly terrible experience. I don't know why there are so many good reviews; maybe they're fake, or perhaps by-the-hour rooms aren't meant to have all the amenities a regular hotel room should.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room facilities are complete and well-arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The environmental hygiene is excellent, with every corner thoroughly cleaned. Both the surrounding area and the hotel itself are quiet, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk and room service are responsive and friendly. My entire experience was fantastic, and it offers great value for money!

A pleasant surprise during my Ningbo trip! For this price, they even offer late-night snacks and a foot bath. The breakfast selection is also very rich. I'll definitely come back next time! 😁
