Very clean and tidy, spacious hotel room. The breakfast is good, everything is perfect for a family stay. Would definitely come back and recommend !!!

The hotel is very close to the Drum Tower and can be reached on foot. It is near Tianyi Square and is very lively. The front desk was very enthusiastic and patiently guided the parking lot location. They also reminded us that we could get parking tickets when we checked out. The service was thoughtful. The hotel environment is also good, it looks very grand, and the facilities are also very new. They upgraded our room, which is spacious and comfortable. I recommend friends who travel to Ningbo to choose this hotel!

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the tourist attraction subway station and has convenient transportation. The room is clean and tidy without any odor, and the sound insulation is also very good. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable. There is afternoon tea and supper every day. All the staff are patient and serious, which is really good!

The hotel is in a residential area, but in the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere. You can take a taxi to Nantang Old Street and Drum Tower in about 2 kilometers. The room is very smart, with smart curtains and toilets. It is very clean. I believe in Atour. It is comfortable and I will come again next time I drive by myself. Ps There is a food delivery robot and white porridge for supper, which is very considerate

The front desk lady gave the upgraded room type experience beyond expectations! The design of the room is stylish and simple, the space is spacious and bright, the log color system with soft light creates a warm atmosphere, the bathroom space with dry and wet separation adds a smart toilet and a constant temperature shower, and the details show the quality. There is also a wireless charging device that is very intimate, especially like the office area by the window, overlooking the night view of the city is particularly pleasant. The location is even more invincible, 5 minutes walk to the train station, the surrounding business district is rich in dining, next door is the famous stove first store, buffet breakfast is also good, the front desk service is warm and professional, take the initiative to provide travel advice, the king of cost-effectiveness is undoubtedly, the next trip must be preferred!

We had a great stay last time and will stay here again this time. Needless to say, the service attitude must be 666! I’ll come back next time I come to Ningbo ~ hahaha

Originally stayed here 20 years ago, and the rooms still are good today, especially for the price. Common facilities such as the pool and changing area are unfortunately in disrepair. The restaurant, however, remains high quality.
