Our family room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The smart services provided were also incredibly convenient. The location is truly excellent: it's quiet at night yet super convenient for exploring during the day. Both a subway station and a bus stop are just 200 meters from the hotel entrance. They offer free underground parking, and taking a taxi to the lively downtown area for sightseeing isn't expensive at all. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Ningbo.

They staff were super friendly and helpful from start to finish. The room was very spacious but I wish the hot water was “hotter”. The breakfast was ok but it was free as I joined the membership. It is well located within sound 14-17 rmb for calling for taxis. My favourite was the free laundry access and unlike most other hotels there are enough and no need to wait and the machines are well maintained and very clean And I love how I can order things like slippers and toothpaste through the app and it’ll be delivered by this cute robot

AAnonymous UserThe front desk was very welcoming when checking in. The style of the room is superb, very clean and tidy. There is also Xiaodu in the room, which is very convenient. It is also very nice to take pictures. The transportation is very convenient, the location is easy to find, the price is very favorable, and the sound insulation is also very good. It is very quiet all night. You can't go wrong by choosing this hotel. I am very satisfied. I wish the hotel a prosperous business~
