It's so comfortable to stay in the villa homestay! It is the most upscale community in Ningde, and the hotel is very clean! The service is also super caring. I booked a room with a city view. The morning air is very fresh. It is only 3 minutes' walk from Wanda. The surrounding food is gathered. It is very convenient for food, clothing, housing, transportation, shopping and entertainment.

The service staff saw no one from check-in to check-out, and they were still at the door. I have never seen that the hotel service staff are basically not on duty. The comfort is not as good as GreenTree Inn Express Hotel, and the service is not as good. The price is cheap. The location is near Wanda in the center of Ningde City. 房間整潔，面積大，設施新檔次高。衞生方面乾淨床單新，潔衞具本色無味，環境方面很值得推薦，靠近萬達廣場吃飯方便購物也方便。服務周到，態度好。值得推薦！

臨時改變行程，馬上轉去寧德住一晚，搜了下這民宿別墅貌似不錯，去到發現果然不錯。公共陽台有的晾曬衣服，第二天早上就幹了。房間都很乾凈衞生，房中的洗手盆非常方便。停車是小區邊的免費位置，等下還是有些位置停的。樓盤的士多店東西還算便宜，附近有萬達，永輝沃爾瑪之類，對面有麪條早餐之類吃的

房間較大，停車太難，沒有固定車位，靠找街邊飯店門口的車位，對自駕遊不利。洗澡時突然沒熱水，老闆説忘了買卡停氣了，真是無語！
