The front desk service was excellent, and they even have a little robot to deliver items, which is super convenient and protects privacy. The breakfast was nutritious, delicious, and abundant, with warm soy milk that was very comforting. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to my company. I could see the hotel right after exiting the highway; it's a prominent landmark. The room also had an ergonomic chair, perfect for business travelers. The feature wall with local landmark architecture was a lovely and unique touch. This hotel definitely deserves five stars. My overall experience was fantastic, and I'll choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a little robot that makes deliveries super convenient and quick. Its location is a major plus, making it easy to get anywhere; the high-speed rail station is just a 10-minute ride away. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast is healthy, delicious, and varied, featuring a buffet-style mix of Chinese and Western dishes – highly recommended! The rooms are well-appointed with ergonomic chairs, so you won't get tired even after sitting for a long time. The local landmark background wall adds a cozy touch to the decor.

The hotel boasts a quiet and serene environment, and the front desk service was excellent. I had a wonderful vacation at this Hampton by Hilton hotel. It's really peaceful and comfortable here, plus it's quite close to tourist attractions. The rooms come with ergonomic chairs, and there's a gym and laundry room on the 11th floor. The hotel's dining is also very good, I especially recommend their breakfast seafood noodles – they're absolutely delicious! 😋

As an american, I was not used to the smoke smell, but they were friendly and found me a replacement as soon as I told them about it. They opened a few rooms in the same floor and asked me which one was to my liking :,D

Great for business trips. The room was comfortable, the bed was very cozy, and everything was clean. The breakfast quality was excellent, starting at 7 AM. It would be even better if it started a bit earlier. The parking management was quite chaotic with cars parked haphazardly and no one overseeing it. Other than that, it's really good and offers great value for money. I stay here almost every month for my three-day business trips to Ninghai.

Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast variety choose and good.

The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were complete, making my stay very comfortable. The hygiene was strictly maintained with thorough disinfection, and the bedding and toiletries were clean. Security measures were excellent, with full CCTV coverage in public areas and key card access for rooms, ensuring a safe stay. The service was professional and attentive, leaving me worry-free throughout my stay. Five-star rating! The entire staff was enthusiastic; the front desk greeted me with a smile and proactively offered helpful directions. The housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient, meticulously cleaning the room and responding promptly to any requests. I felt completely at home throughout my stay; the service was heartwarming, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and comprehensive facilities. The 24-hour gym, though not huge, has all the essential equipment like treadmills, ellipticals, and dumbbells, and everything is well-maintained and easy to use. What really surprised me was the self-service laundry room, which offers complimentary detergent and fabric softener. It's so easy to use, and now I don't have to worry about clean clothes when I'm on business trips. These seemingly small amenities significantly enhance the stay and bring great convenience to my travels.

This hotel left a deep impression on me. It was very clean and even had little robots. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered a great view, which was very pleasant. The bedding was soft, just like home. The shower had excellent water pressure, leaving me feeling refreshed. Breakfast included freshly ground soy milk, pancakes, and made-to-order noodles with a perfect poached egg – it really hit the spot. The service was warm and friendly, definitely a thumbs up. Staying here was great for recharging. The room had good soundproofing, so I slept soundly. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast had noodles and congee, perfect for an energy boost. Parking was convenient. Next time I'm visiting Ninghai, I'll definitely stay here again; the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was bright, and the mattress was comfortable. The powerful shower washed away all my fatigue. The front desk was quick to respond, and parking was free. Overall, I'm satisfied and will return.

Came to Ninghai for hiking and sightseeing. The hotel was very clean, and the little robot was adorable. Stayed at Hampton for two nights. It's located on Technology Avenue, not far from any of the attractions. The room had good soundproofing, so it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, and there was a choice of pillow heights. Breakfast included local wheat cakes and soup dumplings, which were very authentic. The service was enthusiastic, and parking was free. Highly recommended.

Just a good hotel. Breakfast with some Western Goodies. I will come back for sure.

Best hotel at the area, convenience comfy and clean, we will stay again.
