Canbeauty Resort and SPA Huashan Chongzuo

After checking in, it was already past 2 PM. We wanted to see Huashan Stone, but the cutoff time was 2:30 PM, so we missed it. Honestly, that scenic spot isn't worth visiting anyway; it's quite boring and the scenery is very ordinary. The hotel didn't live up to the pictures either, and there were barely any family activities, just a few peacocks in cages and nothing else. The room's cleanliness was just so-so. Although they advertised butler service, you'd better hope you don't encounter any issues because they won't solve them if you do. The lights in my room kept turning off by themselves, but that only happened once, so I let it slide. However, the automatic curtains opened and closed at least five times! I reported it, but got no response or solution. They only said they'd send engineering to check it out the next day, right when I was about to check out. They even implied my child might have caused it, which is ridiculous! No wonder they didn't fix it all night. Also, avoid eating the complimentary fruit they leave in the room.

My experience at Shengmei Ecological Tourism Area was a highlight of my travels, deserving a five-star rating! Upon arriving at the scenic area, I was immediately captivated by the environment. Surrounded by lush greenery, the air was incredibly fresh, brimming with negative ions. It was also remarkably quiet, free from the hustle and bustle of the city; time seemed to slow down, and my mind and body instantly relaxed. From the moment I stepped into the area, I felt the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. The housekeepers, Lina, Jason, Hailey, and Vinson, were incredibly thoughtful. The shuttle service was so convenient; I didn't have to drag my luggage around looking for directions. After getting off the bus, staff proactively helped with my luggage—their warmth and attentiveness instantly boosted my impression! The accommodation was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. Although breakfast was a set meal, it was varied, nutritionally balanced, and quite delicious. The staff also promptly inquired about my needs, providing meticulous service. This trip was an exceptional experience; I highly recommend it! Whether you want to relax or enjoy a leisurely time with family and friends, Shengmei Ecological Tourism Area is a great choice. I will definitely come again next time!

This trip to the Guangxi border was definitely worth the choice – booking the Huashan Shengmei Resort was a great decision! Having just stayed there, here's my objective review! First, the location – it's perfect for someone like me who loves peace and quiet! It's not in the city center, surrounded by greenery, and close to the Huashan Rock Art Hot Spring Valley and Luoyue Cultural Palace – all within walking distance, no hassle. When I went, there was a typhoon, so the water level was high and the boat tours to the rock art sites were closed. I just visited the museum area. The rest of the time, since it wasn't raining, I rented bicycles from the hotel and rode around. The air was so fresh, and the roads were great – a long stretch without any cars. When choosing the hotel, I saw a review recommending the same mattress. I have trouble sleeping well in hotels, but this mattress was truly comfortable; I slept soundly through the night. I'm thinking of buying one too, haha! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries seemed to be high-end, smelling wonderful. The butler service was excellent! After booking the room, a butler added me on WeChat to ask what time I would arrive and if I needed help arranging my itinerary. Upon arrival, they offered welcome fruit. Due to the weather and high water levels, water sports were unavailable, and some areas were closed. The butler thoughtfully arranged alternative activities for me. It was my first time experiencing singing bowls, a very unique experience. It's worth mentioning that the room was quite clean; I didn't see any insects during my one-night stay. When choosing the hotel, reviews said it wasn't good value for money, but it was alright. I slept well, and the environment was comfortable. The only downside was the lack of water sports; I was hoping to paddleboard and enjoy the natural scenery.

A great choice overall. The environment is beautiful and unique, quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Within the park, you can enjoy hot springs, swimming, cycling, and even kayaking and paddleboarding. The activities are quite plentiful, including a Butterfly Valley route. The butler said there are many butterflies there and could take us there, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time. We'll definitely come back with friends next time. The location is excellent, convenient transportation, and a tollbooth is not far away. The hotel staff are very welcoming and have sweet smiles. Although the room is on the second floor, the view is still great, and the room is very clean. Breakfast was arranged by the butler the day before and was delicious. Upon check-out, we received a piece of handmade brown sugar as a gift from the butler, which we were very grateful for.

The hotel's public areas are very well designed, that's for sure. However, there are some shortcomings. The hotel's dining costs are outrageously expensive; the restaurants next door offer much better value. The breakfast area is small, but the prices are comparable to a five-star hotel. The service is good, but it's too high for local standards. The staff were very welcoming at first, but the follow-up service needs improvement. Hygiene needs to be carefully reviewed.

The room is large and the floor-to-ceiling windows look very comfortable! The service was very good, and the chef personally came out to give us recommendations during breakfast!

From the environment to the service of the resort, it is impeccable. It is very suitable for a leisure vacation. When we went there, we were upgraded to a private hot spring room, 24-hour butler service, car pick-up and drop-off. Special praise to the butlers Lina and Aris. Everything was taken care of, and I felt like I was my friend. It was a great stay experience. I will go there again if I have the opportunity!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm of the service staff. Especially the attentive service at breakfast left a deep impression on me. I will definitely stay here again!
