The internet was fast, the view of the sunset was great, and it was in a great location for shopping.

The room is large with a wide view of the distant mountains, nearby water and the central square. Very cost-effective.

Good location, spacious and bright room.

The location is really central. Downstairs is Piazza Milano I, connecting Niš Castle and the pedestrian street! All attractions are within walking distance. The key is that there are two Chinese restaurants on the pedestrian street, which can be reached in 5-8 minutes on foot! Downstairs is H&M, which has a wide variety of products. The selection of European products is different from that in China! Rich breakfast and warm service👍

Overall terrible experience.Dirty,rude staff, terrible food, awful management . I will never go in this hotel again.

The owner of the place is always there and acts really rude and if you have any complaints he will tell you to f*ck off from his hotel and that he will bring some guys to beat us on our way out. Never ever! Do not recommend for anyone that has self-respect and that is not willing to shut and be insulted.

The location of the hotel is excellent. That's all I can say about this hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is dark primarily because of the unprofessional staff and management! Food tasteless. The rooms are fine, but the cleanliness in the rooms, starting with the bedding, is at the lowest possible level! AVOID in a wide arc!!!

Really nice hotel in the very city center, with a big, comfortable rooms well equipped and with a nice view. Two things I missed in mu room (there were not slippers and there was safe which was locked (i did not have time to call the staff I believe they would solve it easily). Staff is very kind and polite. Breakfast is very rich and food delicious! Spa is not on the level I expected. One Fin. sauna , one strange infrared sauna which is not a regular sauna but a system of infrared emitter above the bed, one salted room and steam room which tou have to wait until get hot even in the late afternoon hours. The space is strange not like usuall hotel spa.No pool neither Jacuzzi. Parking is not big and it’s quite tough to park due to nareov space. A hotel Restaurant offers really nice served and very delicious dishes

I have a feeling this is probably the top hotel in Niš, considering its central location and the modern design of both the building and the interiors. The staff were all very friendly and everyone I spoke with spoke English well. Breakfast was included in the price; plentiful and with a wide selection. Despite being right in the busy city center, the room was surprisingly quiet with very little street noise. However, the walls between rooms seem a bit thin, so you might hear some sounds from the neighboring rooms. Also, the lighting is quite soft, more atmospheric than bright, which might be great and handy in some situations, but I was here on a business trip. Overall, it’s a genuinely nice place: friendly staff, comfortable rooms, cozy atmosphere, a perfect example of modern Serbian hospitality.

The rooms were generous in size. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was strong. Also, the breakfast was the best breakfast I had all week - a good selection including perfectly cooked fried eggs. However, many of the surfaces we touched gave us static electric shock. This included the buttons on the lift, the door to our room and any other metal surface in the hotel. This is something the hotel needs to address as it is not pleasant to experience.

We planned to stay one night but extended our stay. Huge room with huge tv and a 2m wide bed that slept two adults and a toddler super comfortable.nice gym great sauna and lovely massage. The breakfast was really not the best. Limited options and not the best quality products- far from what a 5 star hotel should be but the rest makes out for it!

Hotel is on best location in city centre, reception staff are very professional, gave us a free room upgrade on arrival...Hotel is spotless clean, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was excellent...Need I say more? Would definitely recommend

Fantastic central location in the heart of the city... The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished.... Seems the hotel was very recently renovated and even their standard rooms are very nice. The breakfast was also acceptable (generally not the case in Balkans) All this at a very reasonable price....

Probably the best hotel in town, located on the central square. Unfortunately, several buildings on this square are in need of urgent renovations. Excellent service at the reception, nice spacious room with a view of the central square and the Nisava River. On the other hand, unless you like loud music, the restaurant-bar in the hotel is not for you. Also note that there is no non-smoking section. So we had to choose a restaurant in the city. Serbian breakfast buffet does not suit our North American taste. Fortunately it is possible to order custom made omelettes. Paid outdoor parking is cramped and doesn't offer very many parking spaces.
