Matiz Niterói Design Hotel

Hotel with excellent location, very good service from reception, room service and cleaning service. The room was great value for money, the only difference was the availability of parking spaces (but the staff was attentive and found us a space for the car to stay overnight). If there is another event in Niterói, I will want to repeat this choice. Food was plentiful and tasty. Bedroom with soundproof windows and king bed. I definitely recommend it

Não recomendo nem repetirei. Para o serviço oferecido o hotel é caro e sobretudo quando reportamos não conformidades não resolvem nada. Quarto com vista para uma parede, duche sem escoamento e sem sabonete líquido, obras a decorrer no piso com ocupação de quartos (ruído e cheiro a tintas/verniz) e quando regressei ao quarto nos dois dias de estadia, não disponha de eletricidade no quarto.

Приехала на час ранее официального заселения- не заселили! Пришла на час позже - пришлось чего-то ждать! Персонал общается с пафосом и высоко поднятой головой. Но были и приятные и приветливые сотрудники пытающиеся помочь
