Penzión Wellness & Restaurant Zoborská, free parking

I travelled for business, so this hotel was not suitable for me. I did not use the wellness area, which I guess was nice, but my room (11) had very bad sound proofing and I could hear everything from the next room over. It is a nice hotel for couples though. Breakfast was good.

I read reviews about the friendly and respectful attitude of the staff towards hotel guests. But unfortunately, I didn’t see anything resembling kindness and respect towards myself. And even more so understanding. The owner of the hotel is a very stingy and unfriendly person and for 1 euro he will send you to hell. Čítala som recenzie o priateľskom a úctivom prístupe personálu k hotelovým hosťom. Ale bohužiaľ, nevidela som nič, čo by pripomínalo láskavosť a úctu. A ešte viac ziadne pochopenie. Majiteľ hotela je veľmi lakomý a neprívetivý človek a za 1 euro vás pošle do hája.

Super friendly staff and cute hotel but, the room was full of spiders and made it feel really dirty.

Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable, The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a evening meal there which was delicious, Thankyou to the waitress as even though we had a slight language barrier she looked after us brilliantly and Nitra is a beautiful city 😁

Stay away! This hotel is not safe, not clean and simply not nice with a poor breakfast My parents stayed at this hotel for one week from 20 to 27 December. It was not safe. It snowed on 23 December: when my parents came to the hotel that evening found that snow had not been cleared from the car park and not even from the steps! They had to walk on steps covered in snow, taking the risk of falling and breaking a bone on the slippery steps. It was not clean. The room was not cleaned for two days. Shower gel ran out in the bathroom and no-one came to refill it. No-one was at the reception to provide an answer. One day the cleaners removed the soap but they did not provide a new one It was not nice. Breakfast was not nice and without much food. For two days the coffee machine at breakfast did not work and the coffee machine in the room was broken, so not possible to have coffee for breakfast. The kettle was also broken. The safe in the room did not work. Pillows were uncomfortable also When I provided feedback to the hotel, they said at first that they do not speak English. When I showed the feedback translated using google, the lady at reception simply lifted her shoulders and did not even say sorry Zero stars. Stay away! Drž sa ďalej! - Tento hotel nie je bezpečný, nie je čistý a jednoducho nie je pekný so zlými raňajkami - Moji rodičia zostali v tomto hoteli jeden týždeň od 20. do 27. decembra. - Nebolo to bezpečné. Snežilo 23. decembra: keď moji rodičia v ten večer prišli do hotela, zistili, že sneh nie je odprataný z parkoviska a dokonca ani zo schodov! Museli kráčať po schodoch pokrytých snehom, pričom riskovali pád a zlomenie kosti na šmykľavých schodoch - Nebolo to čisté. Izba nebola uprataná dva dni. Sprchový gél došiel v kúpeľni a nikto ho neprišiel doplniť. Na recepcii nebol nikto, kto by odpovedal. Jedného dňa čistiace prostriedky mydlo odstránili, no nové nám nedali - Nebolo to pekné. Raňajky neboli pekné a bez veľkého množstva jedla. Kávovar pri raňajkách dva dni nefungoval a kávovar na izbe bol pokazený, takže na raňajky nebolo možné dať si kávu. Kanvica bola tiež rozbitá. Trezor v izbe nefungoval. Vankúše boli tiež nepohodlné - Keď som poskytol spätnú väzbu hotelu, najprv povedali, že nehovoria po anglicky. Keď som ukázal spätnú väzbu preloženú pomocou google, pani na recepcii jednoducho zdvihla ramená a ani nepovedala prepáč - Nula hviezd. Drž sa ďalej!
