Al Tirabusòn Country House

This is a lovely place to stay when exploring the Monferrato hills. The hosts are gracious and will help with making reservations and suggestions for activities. Our room was lovely and the views gorgeous. The common space is also great and there, we enjoyed both breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. It was winter when we visited so was not able to enjoy the pool, but it looks very nice. Al Tirabuson is highly recommended.

The guesthouse is located in a spectacular position, offering an incredible panorama over the Monferrato hills up to the Alps. It was priceless to wake up and enjoy the view from our room balcony: kilometers of vineyards and several beautiful typical Italian villages. All the rooms in the house are extremely clean. We booked the Olimpia suite, very spacious and well-equipped. The highlight of the room was the open standing bathtub, definitely a plus to relax after days spent to enjoy wine tasting and bike excursions. It is clear that a lot of attention has been spent to details (homemade soaps and candles). Considering the Autumn period we have been lucky to enjoy warm sunny days, laying by the brand new pool, just a few steps from our room, surrounded by the guesthouse garden. The hosts have been very friendly and available to accommodate any request. They gave us very valuable tips on how to enjoy our stay at the best, arranging our restaurant bookings and excursions. They also arranged different workshops such as cooking, wine tasting and truffle hunt. For breakfast we found a table full of fresh local products, home made cakes and pastries. Isabelle, the host, kept surprising us with any kind of delicatessen that she just prepared. Both thumbs up for the warm and welcoming atmosphere provided by the 2 hosts Isabelle and Andy who were always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay a unique experience.

The property is beautiful overall. The owners are accommodating and wonderful and always here to help. The kitchen is stocked with food, drinks, snacks, and materials for possible activities. Breakfast is very good as well. The pool is refreshing and kept clean, however there are numerous wasps you share the pool with. They are not aggressive, but it is not the most comfortable thing having them in and around the pool. The room was large, decorated nicely and kept perfectly. It did suffer from a lack of ventilation though. The air didn’t move as there are no AC vents or fans in the room, which made it hot and uncomfortable. It was still a nice stay.

Perfect weekend getaway to this recent B and B Owners excellent..they know what their customers need and created a very high comfort level..invluding a few surprises Room was excellent..outisde 35 degrees and inside was cool…slept perfectly Swimming pool looks very recent including the gardena but this year’s heat has affected the lawns..no big deal as the pool was just perfect I recommend ghis place as a weekend or even longer as a base to discover the Monferrato area, Barolo and more

We had a wonderful and relaxing week at the Al Tirabuson Countryhouse. The place is carefully and meticulously managed and handled by Isabelle. We took the Olympia Suite on the top floor, which was a spacious room with a breathe taking view of Piedmont vineyards. Isabelle offers a delicious and irresistible breakfast buffet with many homemade dishes. All our individual requests and wishes for certain items and needs were fulfilled and taken care of. The hospitability was above imagination. The house and rooms are clean, equipped and well organized. Pool area and the grounds are inviting and offer the ultimate relaxation environment for country-side and wine lovers. We cannot have asked for more in this wonderful vacation, and much of that is thanks to Isabelle.

On our way back from our Bike Tour we stayed at Al Tirabuson Countryhouse which we got recommended from a friend at home. Well we really loved : - the spacious rooms - the cleanliness, the top service ( Isabelle kindly enough taxied us down to Nizza - Monferrato and came back down to pick us up, Bike and drinking doesn't work well ) - the great welcome - the fabulous breakfast - the top "typical" restaurant she recommended . All in all a great experience, we shall come back for the truffle season since I have trust in Isabelles recommendations. Congrats for your job.

Over New Year's Eve 2021/22 we booked three nights at "Al Tirabusòn". During this time we enjoyed the extraordinary hospitality of the owners Isabelle and Andy. After a warm welcome in the guesthouse we were spoiled with coffee and homemade cake, or/and with a glass of wine from the region. Next we were allowed to visit the newly built house. The modern technical equipment of the house impressed us very much. The beautiful rooms are very spacious, absolutely clean and very well equipped. Each room has its own style and is lovingly furnished. The beds are new, you sleep wonderfully in them. We were as well impressed by the very lovingly prepared breakfast in the large guest room, where almost exclusively local and absolutely fresh products are offered. Different breads, cakes, local pastries, everything is freshly baked and prepared by Isabelle herself. She also takes a lot of consideration for people with gluten intolerance, vegetarians and vegans. It is for every guest a gourmet breakfast. For Isabelle and Andy count as well the small things with which they spoil their guests. One feels this every day anew - it's pure relaxation and deceleration. Whatever we needed, it was organised in no time. No wish, if feasible, is too difficult. Sustainability is also a matter close to their hearts, the entire house, as well as all the business processes are geared to this. Combined with the unique environment (the Piedmont was included in the list of Unesco World Heritage Sites), as well as the culinary highlights in the countless restaurants around Nizza Monferrato, these 3 days were a wonderful experience for us.
