Cons: Easy to check in. Thre was onsen inside the hotel. Within walking distance to ropeway station to the Bear Park and other attractions.There is tax free souvenir shop at the lobby. Pros: Room is small for family of 4. There was dist in the room

The hotel offers shuttle bus service from Sapporo (and also to Sapporo). Located near to the Hell’s Valley and Noboribetsu Bear Park. Recommended to consider this hotel if planning to stay in Noboribetsu.

Huge onsen hotel with public sharing on the hot spring. Decent tatami room for a couple and the room is quite rundown. Many varieties of serving foods and drinks for breakfast. Walking distance to shopping areas, eateries and main bus station.

If you like onsen ,it is one of the best place that you will enjoy with many type of natural onsen both indoor and outdoor, there are many size of yukata you can select at ground floor, i love dinner with unlimited hokkaido crab but if you expect kaiseki style it is not your choice because it is buffet. The room is quite old but clean. I recommend hokkaido Ice cream shop just walk across opposite hotel it is very delicious and if you turn left it is shopping street.

Check-in was smooth and the hotel staff were welcoming! The location is great and the hotel is within walking distances to most places that you would want to visit. There is also a convenience store nearby. However, one issue we had was that the tatami room was very warm. We stayed there on 10-11 May 2026 and we had a rather difficult time sleeping at night as the room was too warm for us. Unfortunately, they seem to only have heating in the room and we were not able to open the windows either. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay!

Room was nice.hotel is very close to bus station which is convenient . I had Japanese style room where staff will come in and make Japanese bed for me in the evening. The onsen is amazing. There are many kind of onsen the sulfur, the salt and the acidic onsen. Buffet at hotel is not recommended both dinner and breakfast.

Hotel is located in good location. It took a short walk to Jigokudani Oyunuma, Noboribetsu Bear Ranch. Unfortunately, cable car ropeway is on scheduled to maintenance. Hotel is so big but quite old, still clean. Staff is friendly.

The hot springs are great, especially the outdoor ones. The dinner buffet didn't have a huge variety, and there were a lot of fried options, but it was enough. For breakfast, there wasn't much choice besides Japanese-style dishes. There's a game room downstairs. Overall, it was decent.
