They offer a variety of yukata patterns and sizes for both adults and children. The meal was a kaiseki dinner. This was my first time at a hot spring hotel where the kaiseki portions were just right, not too overwhelming, and beautifully presented."

"This was the most satisfying onsen hotel in Noboribetsu. Hygiene: Since we stayed in a traditional Japanese room, staff came to make our futons after 6:00 PM. The hygiene and service were impeccable. Service: I was truly surprised! For just 1000 yen, you can get from the onsen hotel to Sapporo Odori Subway Station, which is close to the TV Tower. Please note that the journey usually takes about two hours. On the day we traveled to Sapporo, there was heavy snow, so it took us two hours and forty minutes. The driver was in constant contact with the control center throughout the trip, which made us feel very safe. When we boarded, there were announcements of the itinerary in both Japanese and English."

"This was our first family trip, and we stayed here for the first time. The building had a homey atmosphere and simple interior design. It was very conveniently located, with a Seicomart nearby and a Coop within walking distance, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. There was a table and chairs for outdoor BBQ. A BBQ set was provided, making preparation quick and easy, but it would be great if they also provided fans. We were able to buy other items nearby, but we struggled to find fans.🤣 We also couldn't find a charcoal pot, so it would be helpful if it were easier to locate. However, the mosquito coils, insect repellent items, and kitchen facilities were more comprehensive than we expected, making cleanup easy and showing great consideration. It's highly recommended for families. 😊 The parking lot is spacious, but please be careful if you have a large vehicle as the road is narrow. It's a great base for sightseeing around Shiraoi and Noboribetsu. ✨✨"

"The traditional tatami room truly impressed us, but the highlight of our stay was the open-air private sulphur onsen in our room. It was incredibly therapeutic, and I absolutely loved the natural sulphur scent that filled the space—it made the experience feel authentic and deeply relaxing. A heartfelt shoutout to the staff for their exceptional hospitality. From the warm welcome upon arrival to assisting with our luggage and thoughtfully preparing our beds, every detail was handled with care. They were genuinely kind and attentive throughout our stay. Although the hotel is quite old, we appreciated it as part of its vintage charm. It feels like a place rich with history and stories, which adds a unique character you don’t often find in modern hotels. The 7-course kaiseki dinner completely blew us away. From the exquisite plating to the impeccable service, every dish reflected the chef’s dedication and craftsmanship. Even breakfast exceeded our expectations. While described as a buffet, the beautifully presented bento-style offerings along with the comforting soup-based dishes were both satisfying and delicious. Yes, the price is on the higher side, but it is absolutely worth every penny we spent."

"Room view is nice when in winter. Book for 1 day stay with buffet dinner and breakfast. Dinner and breakfast both very delicious and many choices especially came with ice cream as dessert. Bathroom in room was small but we didn’t shower in there as onsen provided. Parking is outdoor so will need to remove snow on car in the morning by ourselves."

"The service was excellent, especially the doorman and the night staff. We had a comical exchange where he spoke Japanese and we spoke English or Chinese, but we understood each other perfectly through gestures! 😄 It's a charming, traditional Japanese-style inn with few rooms, perfect for those who seek tranquility. It's also very close to Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley), though all hotels in this small town are conveniently located for getting there. I highly recommend booking the Half Board option (HF) – the breakfast and dinner are incredibly abundant. It was my first time feeling so full from a Japanese meal (I felt bad leaving anything). The only minor drawbacks were the small bathroom and a slight issue with the toilet's water refill, which wouldn't stop. Luckily, it wasn't serious, and with two sliding doors, it didn't affect our sleep. Five-star rating!"
