Great location and well appointed accommodation. We were on the canal, it was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Diese Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen! Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Mit so viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Ein Highlight war der Billiardtisch und der Schallplattenspieler. Die Lage ein absoluter Traum. Der Ausblick direkt am See ist unbeschreiblich. Generell ist Noosa ein wunderschöner Ort. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt um eine tollen Urlaub zu haben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super. Von Nespresso Maschine über Kontaktgrill, Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Absolut Top!

Overall, it was ok. We were at number 19. Some pros and cons: Pros - reasonable price for a 3 bedroom place - parking (didn’t have a car) - very nice view from deck - shower quite powerful - number of pools to choose from - Kayak hire nearby - breakfast place at a nearby garden centre was very good Cons - No 19 was pretty tired with worn carpets and very old appliances. Friends stayed in 10 and 16 and their places looked a bit better. It was clean on arrival though. - BBQ didn’t work. Oven took ages to cook anything in the oven. - An older man who lived right next to the nearest pool told the kids off for playing in the pool, even though it was before 9 pm. He swore at our friend’s child who jumped in (not allowed) although he is very young and didn’t realise. If people live in a holiday park, they need to understand that kids can be loud and will make noise playing. - tumble dryer didn’t dry things quickly (if at all) - Need to get cabs or a bus to the main part of Noosa which can add up. Recommend: - hire a boat from Pelican boat hire. We got a big one (for up to 21 people) and it was $30 pp for 3 hours. - horse riding at Equathon Horse Riding Adventures (about 25 mins away by car). Need to pay for a barge crossing as part of it so if going by taxi ($70 one way) order one the da before and ensure it will come back to pick up (barge is $16 each way). Horses walk and trot if you want, on a very long beach. Instructors very nice and horses cared for.

Helpful staff on reception and a fantastic spot with adjacent garage. This was a most impressive rental with great views across the waterway - we even had a jetty & landing stage! The place was well equipped with the usual & the bedroom & bathroom facilities were fine. Only real downside was the banister rail which was very tacky & badly in need of a paint job. So no big deal. Totally recommend the NEWR.

I very rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to comment following our recent stay. The booking process, directly through the Resort, was very smooth with the townhouse ready at the agreed time. The townhouse was very well appointed with good quality furniture. fixtures and fittings and was spotlessly clean and spacious. The water views were fantastic and small touches such as the provision of cling wrap and foil were well received. Gympie Terrace is literally a five minute walk, where the local buses to Noosa Heads and beyond ran regularly. My only criticism was the additional charge to hire pool towels - build the $5 hire fee into the accomm rate, which would become a hidden, standard cost. Thanks for a most memorable stay and delivering on your promise!

Not Family-Friendly – Disappointing Experience We recently stayed at this resort and, given the variety of options available in Noosa, we would not choose to return. A key priority for us when selecting accommodation was access to a heated pool for our children to enjoy. While this resort does offer multiple pools, only one is heated—and unfortunately, it is located adjacent to a permanent resident who appears highly sensitive to any level of noise. On two consecutive evenings at 6pm when the children were having a quick pool dip before bed, the resident came out to request that the children quiet down. The children were simply playing and were not excessively loud or disruptive. On the second night, another permanent resident approached the group, behaving in a confrontational and intimidating manner. She appeared to be intoxicated and yelled aggressively, which caused all of the 4 children in the pool at the time to start crying. What made the situation worse was the complete absence of on-site management or staff to address the issue or provide assistance. A security number is provided on a piece of paper in the unit however that was no good at the time. The following morning, our children were too anxious to leave the accommodation for fear of encountering the same individual. While the facilities themselves may suit some travelers, I would not recommend this resort for families with young children. If you're looking for a relaxing and welcoming environment where your children can enjoy their holiday without fear, I suggest considering alternative options in the area.

Second time staying at this amazing resort. Stayed in Luxury Waterfront Apartment 30. Modern, spacious, very clean and perfectly appointed for all our needs for the 10 night stay. Kids and adult kids thoroughly enjoyed the various swimming pools and fishing at the back door. We dragged the boat up this time from the Mornington Peninsula which was well worth it with the mooring on a jetty literally metres from our back deck, made using daily so easy. Location is perfect being a short stroll to local supermarket, shops restaurants as well Noosa River esplanade. A short drive to Noosa Headland and all of its awesome beaches! The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again next year! Thanks Duncan.

Townhouse 39 is very well appointed & we’ve stayed at many holiday accommodations around the world. The owner has put together a beautiful place to stay in Noosa. Not to mention the management keeping everything on track in the gardens & townhouses. I really appreciate how helpful Kim & Paul were on the phone when we were deciding which Townhouse to choose & while we were there. Altogether a 10 out of 10 experience.

The most relaxing two weeks family holiday ever in a three-bedroom townhouse. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen, great location on Noosa Waters, a brilliantly run holiday resort by Paul and Kim. We rebooked straight away. Handy to Noosaville's many attractions.

Stayed here for 4 weeks and had a lovely canal facing apartment. Everything thing was clean, had everything you need to self cater.bed was comfortable. Apartment was lovely and quiet. Managers were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to Gympie Terrace and Village shopping centre.

The Best Place! This was our second stay here, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Quiet, well appointed and convenient. The managers were friendly and helpful, and they kept the grounds spotless. Took a two bedroom on the south side, great views and peaceful outlook. Plenty of linens, crockery and utensils. Big kitchen with full appliances. New laundry appliances too. Garage (but it’s a tight fit!) with supplied camping chairs for a day out. Walk to shops, ferry and restaurants.
