The stay was excellent food was very good and the stay was great. The only thing I would have liked is a way more comfortable bed. Overall other than that was great.

Property is nice. Was busy with a car show. Restaurant and bar was running out of food and other items. Need some maintenance in the rooms to meet the level of the fees charged for the rooms. Staff was great.

Everything was great except only one of the three elevators was working and one of two waffle makers was broken which meant we all waited 20+ minutes to make a waffle and waited extended times for the elevator. Hotel itself is well maintained, spacious and staff is friendly

Great hotel experience!
Overall, the hotel was very clean. We have stayed here several times and are always impressed with the cleanliness and customer service.
The only semi- negative is the evening reception seemed lacking compared to other hotels- fruit, yogurt, chips, and salsa with tiny little plates which was difficult for salsa.
We will stay here again!

Dirty Q-tip In Shower, glasses dirty dishes dirty elevator broke down roof leaking over priced water and pop. Waffle machines didn’t work, I could stay at Motel 6 and probably be better.

I reserved 2 king adjoining rooms.
Upon arrival, I was told that there were none available and no adjoining rooms were available in the entire hotel or the hotel complexes across the street. I said OK well I’m an honors member. Can we get our free drink tickets or a warm cookie or something? He said no. I said OK then can I get a water. No. Come on.. Do better.

We loved it!
Our stay was great! The room was big and spacious and my kids loved the pool. They give 2 free drinks per adult and have a free snack time. It was definitely worth the price! I left my swimsuit in my suit and didn’t realize it until I got home. They found it and shipped it back promptly. I appreciated their quick action and awesome customer service!
