The Whispering Pines Inn Bed & Breakfast

We will be back! Some improvements though would be replace mattresses (hard or broken down), improve quality of breakfasts, provide half n half instead of powdered creamer at self serve coffee machines, include pastries or muffins in breakfast offerings, and dust blinds please.

I have requested a refund a received no communication. The thermostat controlled three rooms, and another guest kept turning it off. We left at 915pm on our wedding night. It was either burn up at 75 degrees in the room, or risk a confrontation with another guest. Not happy with the experience at all

ate at their restaurant, very good food! Kudos to the chef! The property had a lot of scenery: a vineyard, a pond, an arch, mature trees. Stayed overnight at their inn. Each unit was unique. It was clean and spacious. Would stay there again and again

I hate to write a negative review, but some things should be addressed. There was no staff in the lobby or on the premises during our stay. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first morning. No silverware on the tray or in the room. Pancakes with no syrup or butter. I walked to the main building looking for someone to get silverware. Every door locked and dark inside. I walked all over the property and could not find anyone around. Called the help number and the call would not connect. So, not a pleasant breakfast. The room was large, but sparse, no seating except for two wooden stools by the breakfast table. There was no place to sit except on the bed. The property has a neglected feel, and the fact that we never saw any staff was just eerie. There were places to sit outside on the terrace and the gazebo, but furniture was dusty and unkept. The second day we received breakfast, silverware this time, an omelet and scrambled eggs, and strangely, a bottle of pancake syrup. ?? The property is a nice site and has potential, but now feels neglected. Needs to have a staff member present. We were relieved to leave.

The Lavender Room was clean and furnished. Kelcey was a real gem. She brought our breakfast room service with a smile everyday. Only thing that didn't work well for me was the outlet on the left side of the bed. My plug for my phone charger wouldn't stay in the outlet. The driveway might need a little tending to also. Otherwise everything else was quite nice.

Staff was amazing, quickly responding to texts & in person. Beautiful surroundings to sit on your porch & walk over to the Koi pond full of fish & blooming Lilly pads & the trees are all lit up at night. Will definitely stay here again!

The grounds are gorgeous! Cool pond with goldfish and turtles. Jet tub in my room with bath salts, lotion, robes, warming candle and breakfast brought to our room. Small kitchenette fully stocked with condiments and silverware.

Booked here since they had rooms with jacuzzi tubs. Our jacuzzi tub did NOT work so that was very disappointing. Also our room did not look like the pictures online so that was a bit misleading. The best part of our stay was the breakfast that was delivered directly to our room. As we were leaving, we spoke with management about our disappointing experience and they were very understanding and offered to refund our stay. Every person we talked to from check-in to check-out was friendly and accommodating.

Very nice place to stay with beautiful scenery. Staff was Extremely friendly and breakfast menu is served in the room was a nice touch (we had the Denver omelets and pancake/egg/bacon breakfasts, which were very good). This is our new place to stay in the Norman area. One note: this was our fault for not noticing when booking, but there are some upper-floor rooms with stairs only.
