First time staying at the Sunset. Loved it! Beds, pillow and bedding are comfortable. Room is very clean and cozy. Bathroom is clean and modern. Will be back!

I highly recommend this place , it’s very quiet and a very nice environment by the lake. You great thing about this place you do not have to hear loud hockey teams ans specially rude drunk parents that think they own the property! The price is very good, this is now my place to stay in Northbay, very glad I found this beautiful spot!

Room was very clean and tidy and gave the feeling of home. High ceiling, wood interior, cozy sitting area with fireplace. Private beach and nice walking area with a lovely little park and long beach for walking. Even out of season, it was nice to walk along the beach. Indian restaurant next to check-in was very good and staff at hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Sunset Inn and this time was no exception. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable, safe, and clean are all words I would use to describe this little gem. It is also close to everything, including restaurants, shopping, and, of course, Lake Nipissing. I look forward to returning the next time I visit North Bay!

Loved the location. Has a small pier and nice beach area. The owners are very pleasant. It's clean and well taken care of. I would definitely stay again.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful when i asked about places to get breakfast the following day. We were just steps away from a beautiful lake. We were only staying one night and had arrived late in the afternoon so didn't have a chance to enjoy the scenery. The room was fine. Very clean. Bathroom fixtures were gleaming white.

Arrived earlier than the 3:00 PM check in time but our room had been cleaned and was ready so checked in without an issue. Room was very clean. Queen bed nice and comfortable. Small clean beach on the property and a long walkable dock. Dinning options a 2 minute walk. Would stay here again when in the area.

Stayed in the queen fireplace suite. Clean, great room and they even supplied wine glasses in the suite. Was lovely and would definitely recommend.
