Quality Inn & Suites at Coos Bay

We regularly stay at this hotel when we are in town. It’s clean and convenient. We also appreciate the included breakfast. It’s well located and easy to get right in. The room we stayed in on this visit was recently redone, too.

2 of the pillows and bed had dead bed bugs we ended up having to share a bed. No hot water in the shower at 9pm, tried again at 6am still none. Only 2 towels in room. Shower had body hair on wall and floor, and the deadbolt locks didnt work from the inside only the latch flap lock.

Compassionate customer service! I really appreciated the above-and-beyond help I received from Donna concerning an issue I experienced with my reservation. Her care for me as a customer and fellow human being really meant a lot. Thank you, Donna!!

front desk was so kind. room was dirty, lock didn’t work. ground floor unit, room was so cold and didn’t look anything like the pictures.

The rooms were very clean in the staff was extremely friendly The only complaint the ice machine never worked

Clean, attractive room. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The breakfast was not exciting. The apples were the best part.

No hot water, second time at a quality inn, at Moscow Idaho and at North Bend. Been going to North Bend for several years. Told the staff, and a manager came to the room and checked it out, she said the water was not piping hot. It wasn't even luke warm. Will not be staying at a quality again.
