Hariston Hotel&Suites, Pluit - Jakarta

Absolutely loved it! My stay this time was fantastic. From the front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent natural light, and the mattress was supportive, allowing for a sound sleep until morning. The most impressive part was the breakfast – a wide variety of delicious options. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

The affordable room rate and absence of cockroaches or bugs were positives. However, compared to my previous stays, I experienced the following issues: The Wi-Fi connection was almost non-existent, and the TV didn't work. The key card was frequently unresponsive, preventing me from entering the room right after check-in and several times thereafter. The service at the reception and restaurant lacked the politeness and hospitality expected from a 4-star establishment.

The room is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere, perfect for solo travelers, families, and business trips.

As soon as you enter the lobby, there's a strong, stale odor. The room windows are screwed shut, so you can't open them, and there's an old, rotten cigarette smell. The air conditioning is also too old to control the temperature. There's not much edible for breakfast, and there's nothing around the hotel. I strongly advise against staying here.

Lots of Chinese guests due to its proximity to Chinatown. The hotel facilities are decent. The staff are all friendly and have excellent service minds. It's also close to a shopping mall.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. The room was very clean, and the staff was very kind. The breakfast offered many international choices.
