I really enjoyed my stays here dozens of times last year. This time, however, on the second day, all the roads got flooded. I quickly rushed back to my villa to grab my luggage, and the floating bridge was almost immediately submerged by the rising tide. I had a flight to catch on the third day and didn't dare stay, but even after a full day of negotiations, the hotel refused to issue a refund, which was quite disappointing. The location is great. It’s fairly close to the airport and it’s only about a 15 minute walk to the mall with lots of restaurants. The mangroves are lovely too. Makes you feel like you’re in nature despite being in the city. The rooms themselves are not amazing. The bathroom was quite old and dirty. There were mosquitos in the room too. It would have been better if there was a mosquito net on the bed.

Extremely poor. 1. Two geckos were found. 2. The water pressure in the bathroom is extremely low and tilted, likely to overflow. 3. The mosquito netting is broken, allowing mosquitoes to enter freely. 5. The pillowcases haven't been changed and are gray. 6. The indoor lighting is extremely dim. The business is about to go out of business.
