It was a nice surprise to find this resort in the middle of no where. We were working near by and found this place at the last minute and we were very pleased. The rooms had two beds, big soaker tub, fridge, microwave and coffee maker... All the things you need to feel like a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable and the resort was very quiet. Another thing that was a lovely surprise was the beautiful view of the lake from the back porch. The sun porch gave us an extra space to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The only thing I would say that is negative is that we were there at the wrong time of year. The restaurant was only open on the Thursday night for our last night of the trip and therefore we needed to drive back into the closest town 20 minutes away to go for dinner our first night. When we did have dinner at the resort the food was wonderful and the service was great... we were the only people there at the time, so it was fast and enjoyable.

We stayed over night and ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The staff were friendly and the food was not bad, I would say there was excess garnish like the over use of balsamic vinegar at dinner and pea shoots at breakfast, the food would benefit from losing these extra garnishes. Overall the stay was pleasant and the accommodation was clean and very nicely furnished compared to other establishments in the area.

A group of 10 went to the Inn to eat and the waitress (Debbie) was rude right from the beginning. As locals we were very disappointed. The general manager Jen was also less than professional when approached about the rudness. The food has also deteriorated and they serve heavily processed chicken that I wouldn't feed my dog . The server cut us off after 2 drinks and when asked for items that should accompany the meal she responded with " yeah , you will get it eventually " . Having been in the hospitality industry for 20yrs I was disappointed to see grown adults treat patrons poorly and then expect a nice tip ! Save your money and eat somewhere else unless you like being completely disrespected

Four of us visited in late March for a test, to possibly book to bring our Motorcycle friends down for a ride in June. We were greeted and felt welcome and wanted. So we booked for 17 of us. The accommodations, food (for the most part) and the entertainment YukYuks was wonderful. Communication between the manager and staff with us, made us feel very unwelcome, once we are all settled into our rooms and they had rec'd our money for the nights stay. Management was always right every time we made a comment or concern. This is the way it is, take it or leave it was their response. No drink order was taken or allowed pre dinner service (yes I said allowed) when the server brought the starters. We were not made aware that it was going to be a set menu (5 options only and no variations). Server was very short and almost rude when speaking with us. There was no communication on the meal being a set value of $35 pp desert was extra, as this was not the case when we visited back in March. Asking for things to go with our meals that was included was like we were asking for the moon. And then when it was finally brought to our table we had already finished eating. As we were the first to book for the comedy event as the manager had to still confirm they were set to come we figured we would have good seats. Our dining area was nice but they gave us the most uncomfortable plastic chairs at dinner. Moving over the the other side for the show we thought we could sit somewhere with nicer seating. NOPE silly us.... they had given us back of the bus table with again plastic seats. OMG! are you kidding me what a joke. When we complained she offered us our money back for the show if we didn't want to stay so half of us opted out of the show. Those of us that stayed, two from our group exchanged their chairs for the others as they had back issues. Later when the manager was seating the other guest ( family) she walked by and noticed two chairs had been exchange and gave us the "looks could kill" as if we had committed the worst crime ever! I never knew people who rode very expensive Harley Davidson bikes for recreation that our money was not as good as those that owned expensive cottages in the area etc. It's very disappointing, that the service did a 180 from what we experienced in March ! They lost out in 17 people staying for breakfast the next morning as our group was so done with their lack of accountability, guess they apparently don't need our business that much. Social media helps spread our experience and I hope no one else has to go through what we all did. I also hope this reaches the owner of The Burleigh Falls Inn. and not just the manager as it will fall on deaf ears.

Looks like a beautiful place to stay, unfortunately no luck making a reservation. Owner was quite rude and condescending on the phone once I was finally able to get ahold of her. A genuine apology and not making a potential guest feel like an inconvenience, goes a long way.

Have passed this place for 40 years going to the cottage, finally stopped in today. I was taken back, it's beautiful. The food was amazing and our waitress Autumn was so nice. The property was very well kept. This place is a gem!

After returning from our destination wedding in Mexico, we needed an opportunity to reconnect and rejuvenate as a couple. We stayed in the main lodge and were assigned a corner room with a great balcony and lake views. The room was graciously appointed with a very comfortable queen bed, fluffy duvet and comfortable linens. This was a return trip to Burleigh Falls and it never disappoints. The General Manager is a warm and welcoming host who always makes time for a chat and to ensure all your needs are met. Tammy the Chef is talented and we can not wait to return for one of her upcoming specialty menu nights. Cheers your fans Ken and Paul

Great spot to grab a room for a couple nights as we were fishing the area. Room was spacious with 2 nice queen beds and it had ac! I realize it was motel type room but as it had bbq thought that there might be some kitchen stuff …. There was absolutely nothing …. Had to go to town to get cups, plates, knife, cutlery, etc. luckily we had brought a electric burner and a pan and pot. The coffee maker looked very old and dirty so didn’t feel good using. The boat launch was in really bad shape; not sure why the place wouldn’t just repair it. Took awhile to get boat on trailer straight! The last night we were there there was some septic issues some where as it was not a great smell to sit outside
