Very comfortable stay, spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Bath robes are a nice touch. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits which you can top up from stations on each corridor. Breakfast was very good.

Only issues we had were a very uncomfortable bed (hard) and that our TV did not offer BBC1, however, most other stations were available

This was our second stay at this hotel; it's in a great location for visiting our son at the university. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the service station for guests to collect milk from for the room wasn't replenished (even after we asked) so we couldn't have a cuppa at night. Other than that it's a lovely hotel with great food and excellent value for money.

Lovely stay, couldn’t really fault it. Only one small moan would be that breakfast on one of the mornings was rather slow, took about 25mins to come. Friendly staff and bar open 24 hours.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and close to Sheffield University. It had ample free parking on site. The food was great and reasonably priced and the service was excellent. Every member of staff we interacted with was smiling, cheerful and helpful and you thought they genuinely cared about service they provided during your stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
