Situated near the famous waterfall, the room for four is spacious, though the wooden furniture feels a bit dated. Breakfast is served à la carte rather than buffet-style.

Superb location with great view. Rooms are very cozy, clean and interesting. Food is good, beer and limited cocktails are available. At the time of our visit, wine was not available. If you are a trekker or climber is s good base to start the Rinjiani track, if not, it is a great location to relax, and to walk around in a quiet place. Fully reccomended

Nice scenery mountain and paddy field. Located nearby waterfall. Hotel also provide half day trip to waterfall and village area

This lodge was absolutely gorgeous and had amazing panoramic views from the ocean to the top of Mt. Rinjani. The garden is lush and colorful and full of butterflies, dragonflies and swifts. Staff were very kind to us and the food was generally yummy though somewhat expensive compared to other restaurants nearby. The resort is an easy walk to the nearby waterfalls as well as Rinjani trailhead, but there is not much around the area. Swimming pools were nice. Our showers didn't have much water pressure and we could only get hot water to work in one bathroom. The rooms are nicely designed though and comfortable. The only criticism I have about the dining is that they charged us for waters at meals when the water was free for guests if we just filled up our own bottles. Also, i would suggest that the staff empty out decorative containers that collect water as we saw some mosquito larvae inside them.

Beautiful view, amazing food, but not for those who are afraid of insects and lizards. 😳

I really liked this hotel, the beautiful location, the delicious food... BUT! MY MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM MY ROOM!! This completely changed my impression! P.S. You should only go here during the peak season. All the entertainment is closed during the rainy season. It's a remote village, there are no shops nearby.

Great hotel, in a beautiful location, excellent cuisine and cozy villas. The territory is very beautiful and a panoramic pool. Nearby is the volcano Rijani and picturesque waterfalls.

The hotel is ideally located 500m from the start of the hike down into the crater. The accommodations are very pleasant, secluded from other hotels, with a beautiful view, particularly enjoyable at sunrise in the early morning. The bed is comfortable, but the room is minimalist: -Since there's ventilation from outside, the temperature drops quickly in the evening. Therefore, you have to use a small space heater for the night. -There's 0.5L of drinking water per person per day, 1 small roll of toilet paper, a wardrobe without a hanger... -We were informed that we were also entitled to 30L of hot water. Regarding meals, we ate all our meals at the hotel, which is typical Indonesian. The service is slow, but that's normal in this country... The restaurant terrace is also pleasant. The service is also average: some staff don't speak English well, so we have to repeat our requests to be properly considered and use WhatsApp to confirm our requests. In conclusion, I think it's poor value for money but probably the best hotel in town.

The location, the care of the garden, the views, the pools, my goodness, it's a paradise. The staff is incredible and they speak perfect English. Thank you for such a wonderful stay

We booked a hotel on June 28th for July 2nd and 3rd. That same day, we realized we'd mixed up our flight dates and asked to cancel. Then the hotel and Trip.com started blaming each other, asking why they couldn't refund our money. It was all very uncustomer-focused, meaning the hotel and Trip.com would screw you in a difficult situation. Furthermore, the hotel cancelled the reservation and never refunded our money. It's very frustrating. The room wasn't cheap, and we're regular customers. It seems like they took money for a service they didn't provide and didn't give it back.

The scenery is very beautiful. You can watch the sunrise, rice terraces and volcanoes from the hotel. You can reach the entrance of the waterfall in less than five minutes from the hotel door. There are also delicious local restaurants nearby. The bathroom is open-air and there are some mosquitoes. The facilities are not comparable to those in China, but they are probably the best near Linjani. The hotel staff are very, very welcoming and the experience is great.
