This hotel is not used to European visitors. The staff is very friendly, but that’s probably the only positive comment we can give. Almost everything is not working or very poor maintained. It is necessary to control and check over and over again, even on basic stuff like changing your towels. Do not expect the restaurant is capable in delivering the food presented on the menu and order well in advance to avoid waiting time that can go easily up to one hour. We would not recommend to stay here.
