Came for a wedding,stayed the weekend,got top floor,hotel located right on water,there’s market downstairs from local vendors kinda neat,hotel is clean,sauna is nice,indoor pool,gym is decent size(not sure if you’d wanna work out on vacay but it’s there),rooms r good size,bathroom is spacious and very clean,lots of restaurants around too!it is distance away from metro Vancouver so be ready to spend $30+ for Uber rides each way

First time staying. All and all very nice. Don’t understand the clear glass shower window in the King bed units. Makes no sense - don’t need to be able to see my partner use the washroom - thanks :)

They treat you like an inconvenience when checking in . Was quite off-putting. It certainly put a damper on our valentine's evening.

We had a very nice stay at the Pinnacle Hotel in N. Vancouver BC. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We found it necessary to change our room to another room and the front desk was most gracious and helping to make this change. We were also given complimentary (?) breakfast coupons for the hotel restaurant. This was a most unexpected, generous, and pleasant surprise! We quite enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Hotel in N. Vancouver and look forward to staying there again ! (Hopefully soon!). Thank you!

Pool, gym area was awesome. No coffee shop in the lobby, you have to go out to get it. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel, we stayed in a room that faces the harbor it was worth the extra money!

This was our second stay at this hotel. We enjoy the location. Close to restaurants and the seabus access to downtown is a bonus. Rooms are a good size. The lobby restaurant has great breakfast options.

My husband and I had never stayed at this hotel before. We were greeted and helped with the u**ost respect and kindness from all the staff at the hotel. We will absolutely be recommending this hotel to others, as well as will stay here again in the future.

Location, amenities, and friendly staff… all were excellent. Compostable dishes and cutlery used in room service meal. Good effort at being eco-friendly, but I’m thinking real dishes would be even better, perhaps? I’ll definitely return.
