Sarah and Shell offered incredible service. Really attentive and caring. I stayed as a solo female traveller and raised concerns late in the eve re. the location of my room (feeling v far away from staff). My concerns were addressed immediately and they even gave a care package

Across the railway station and close to some historical buildings such as Dragon Hall, The Guildhall, Strangers' Hall, Norwich Castle and Norwich Cathedral. Staff are wonderful and polite. The room was big with everything needed. A freezer would have been good in the room. It was quiet and had the perfect temperature, a comfortable bed and good pillows. The bathroom was good. The hotel provided everything for a comfy two night’s stay.

Fantastic Stay!! Staff are wonderful and polite a real credit to the company. Amazing stay with friends, no issues at all. Room was spot less and the bed super comfy, only had one towel for 2 but we got another at reception no problem. :) Would stay again.

As two cyclists we had given ourselves an upgrade to the premier plus room But they were too small to take out mountain bikes so Lyn took care of them and offered us a cuppa whilst we waited and then made sure we checked in first. We needed to book breakfast which was no problem and great for taking food with us on the next part of our ride. Not the best exterior for a premier inn but easy to get to the cathedral and to squiggly Thai restaurant which we’d recommend. Nice to have water and chocolate and a decent shower on arrival. All premier plus rooms are on the top floor facing the river to which is also a plus.

Good sized room with everything needed to hang clothes and be organised. It was quiet and had the perfect temperature, very comfy bed and good pillows and linen, hairdryer and tea facilities provided too. The shower was excellent and good bathroom. The hotel provided everything for a comfy night’s stay. Very impressed!!

We stayed in this Premier Inn for a couple of nights whilst visiting as an away supporter at a football game. The hotel was really close to the train station- it is right ahead of you as you leave the station and just a couple of minutes walk away. We were too late to book a Premier Plus room so we’re staying in a standard room on this visit. Our room was on the second floor at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The room was fine, a little dated but we were happy with it. I always try to ask for a room away from any access doors as the constant door banging by guests really gets to me. And as usual, we were given a room right next to the access door to the lifts! However it wasn’t too bad, didn’t really keep us awake. It was reasonably noisy outside as the windows were of the old fashioned type of double glazing with a sliding inner pane. Air con was ok as was the temperature. We slept reasonably well. Over all a good hotel, and decent room. But wish we had booked a Premier Plus room.

Thought we’d give this hotel another chance and have their Premier Room. We arrived at 2.40 and were told by a surly receptionist that we would have to pay £10 for an “early “ check in - 20 mins early - please!!! Not a good start. The room was clean and the premier rooms worth the extra. Hotel itself very rundown - not a good area now with a very derelict office building next door. Although requesting room to be cleaned every day - this did not happen - very annoying as no phone in rooms any more so you have to go back down to Reception if you have a problem. The promised Ultimate WiFi that comes with the Premier rooms we were advised by the helpful male receptionist on at night is not worth having - we had asked for his help as the codes you give you don’t work. He said only the free WiFi actually works. Restaurant is dreadful. Dirty sticky wine glasses. Food cold and stodgy. Only saved by pleasant waiting staff. Continental breakfast very poor value for bowl of cereal - toast and tea £17.98 for two people. Conclusion is Premier room better but hotel is still poor

Great location, the hotel was better then the basics I expected the amazing staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, the young ladies Chloe and Debbie moved my room so I had a lovely view of the river and also advised me to visit the castle , I will definitely stay here again next time I am visiting my brother , I will not need to look anywhere else this hotel is perfect for me .
