Trivelles Regency, Nottingham

Room was reasonably clean and no smell of cigarettes! There is a useless remains of a fridge in the room. Wonder why it is being kept in the room! No where/hooks to hang up the bath towel. Hooks apparently have been removed. Bath mat in the way of a closing door! Very poor sound proof! Would be nice if disposable slippers are provided as carpet is visibly dirty. The door's secure lock did not work!

The location is not very popular, when walk on the street at night will feel not very safety and people drunk and a bit loudly. Fortunately it's close to bus station to city and walk around 10 mins to grab bus to NU. There is a good Turkish restaurant very close by, we have a good dinner time there. The service is good enough, there have free wifi but sometime will disconnected. They have smart TV but the screen quality is not good enough, they do one time clean up during my 5 day stay. The cleanliness is general ok but if the carpet can keep more cleaner is better, we always need to wear slippers or sock to walk on it. The water pressure of the shower is not in a good condition, it's better if can change it. The receptionist is try their best to help to fulfill my request, they provide an extra quilts for us and hairdryer, but need extra charge for late check out. It's £10 for one hour more to stay. The information in the Trip.com is not correct, they haven't provided free breakfast for 17 or under, everyone need to pay for it. Overall I was satisfied with this stay.

I would like to give a special thank you to the receptionist who helped us during our stay. I believe her name was Rania. She was very fast, professional, and handled everything with great efficiency. There was a small issue in our room — the shower was leaking water — and she fixed it so quickly that I honestly thought she worked in the maintenance department 😂.also, I couldn’t open the window even though I tried, but she came and opened it within seconds 😂. She was truly amazing and had excellent problem-solving skills. I really appreciate her kindness, quick response, and ability to deal with unexpected situations. I wish every workplace had someone with her level of efficiency and professionalism. Thank you so much, Rania! The hotel itself was very good, clean, and in a great location — close to the city centre and everything we needed. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

The room was absolutly disgusting. Rat poo on the floor in the room. I found a pair of dirty knickers a **** dvd and hydrochloride tablets. Holes in the table also burnt. Shower did not work. And the smell was horrific.

The staff are so helpful, I had to leave my luggage downstairs for sometime after checking out and they made sure it was safe.

Great value for money, with a double bed, private en-suite and kitchenette. Wasn’t sure about the security deposit at first, but it got refunded to me a few hours after check out.

Cheap good budget hotel.  Friendly helpful staff. Easy access. Good location will lots of restaurants near by. Will definitely stay again.
