Premier Inn Nottingham West

Extremely comfortable and cute hotel, money grabbing for ammenities which is a bit of a shame and the restaurant has ridiculous prices, but overall good!

The overall experience was good, however very badly let down when we saw the state of the single bed once my son had slept in it. The springs were poking through,no mattress protector on and also the quilt was badly stained.

Nice comfortable hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious, we requested a baby's travel cot, which did was large but as the room size was great, it did not dominate available space. Very nice finishes to the room and the coffee pod machine in room was nice to have. We found plenty of car park space and was never an issue to park after returning from our days out. Even though the hotel was busy when we were there we never hear any noise from other guests. The room was very clean and even had a nice smell to it when arriving on the first day. The staff were great, they really made the hotel stand out. The welcome on the first day after a 6 hour drive was really warming and not just a cold cooperate feel. Was nice to be greeted like this when not expecting to be so in a chain hotel. What was even more great customer service and took it to the next level, while coming home one day from a family party carrying our 1 year old son, one of the ladies was so friendly at the desk and seen he had been chewing his muslin cloth. She instantly offered us a ice pole to help sooth his teeth to suck on. Which he did and really enjoyed it (his first every - plus it was a roasting day) We have stayed in other hotels in the area while visiting family, but the value for money and the great service of this hotel will likely bring us back if we are back in the area. Location was perfect for our stay. Easy access off the road, easy access to tram station.

Brilliant stay, slight issue with the room all fixed quickly and easily by Abby who was extremely quick nice and reassuring. Went to the restaurant Amanda and the rest of the staff were personable efficient and generally the friendliest people. The place is clean and always someone available. It's also perfectly located for the city center with good transport links.

A lovely stay at the Nottingham West hotel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, I particularly want to mention Mandy on the front desk who went above and beyond when helping us check in and helping us with dinner. Cleanly location, very modern and a very comfortable stay. Honestly no issues and a very smooth stay. Once again another big thank you to Mandy for setting us up with a great night!! Would recommend to anyone.

Everyone was extremely friendly The fatalities were great from parking to extra teas and coffee. Bedroom and bathrooms were clean

This is a well-positioned Premier Inn for the Phoenix Park tram stop into Nottingham. Very welcoming & friendly staff in reception & in the Beefeater restaurant where we had breakfast. The usual clean room with ensuite shower. Good breakfast with a wide variety of food/drink to choose from. This was our second stay here & we would definitely return.

Great location for the central tramlines. Room was clean and tidy, and despite reading previous reviews it did have air con! Staff were friendly and informative. The onsite restaurant was nice and the breakfast was nice too. Very wide range of choices, however the layout of the restaurant did make it a little awkward to have it buffet style when it got busy. Would stay again if I was in the area.

Room was lovely, upgraded to premier plus so got air con, tea/coffee machine, bigger room. Quiet & so easy to access from Motorway as friend came by Road & I travelled by tram & right to the door. Huge free parking, just make sure you register your car within 15 mins of parking which reception staff told me. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly & lots of choice.
