St James Hotel, BW Premier Collection

Small but comfortable room. Good value for money.

Booked as I wanted something not too expensive but with a fairly good location just for one night. This hotel was great on both fronts. Reception was friendly, room clean so no complaints!

Having never stayed over in Nottingham we wanted somewhere central and St James BW Premier was excellent in our view. We chose an executive room which had everything we wanted and was bigger than we expected. Breakfast was in a tasteful and warmly decorated room which was perfect for our Xmas market weekend “feel”. My husband said the breakfast was the best he had had during a hotel break stay. The service was excellent too with a clean well stocked room and a friendly receptionist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely come back if staying over in Nottingham again!

I booked a double room that was larger than expected and decorated just like in the photos. The breakfast had a good variety. Only complaint is the plumbing- the flush wouldn't always work and the basin drained slowly.

Room was adequate, carpet stained and needs redecorating. Sink took a long time to drain. Bed very comfortable and reception staff lovely. Car park available but not really suitable for large cars due to entrance design.

my room was as I expected everything I needed for my stay, I mentioned cleanliness in your review. My room was great, and the hotel overall was good, but the lift had sweet wrappings on the first night and was still there when l left, small detail that won't stop me recommending the hotel but you asked and that was the only bit I could inform you about,

Nice reception and bar area, rooms good. Staff friendly. Next to a good NCP and supplied discount card to save £5. Would definitely consider again.

Fabulous staff beautiful clean bright hotel, comfy room quiet location. Will book again.
