Lovely room and staff, bed sheets had nice fresh scent, room was well kept, had a great time nothing bad to say about it thank you!

Woo such a horrible surprise! There is lots of bad things; 1. I paid 180£ per 2 night in a “single” room that was really really small. Like a “room” in jail (I’ll add photos as proof) 2. This is not a proper hotel, call it as you want but there is not a hotel. 3. The guy/owner/receptionist ( only for the 3:00 check in, so rude, you need to paid 40£ just in case you “break” anything. 4. From my room I can hear everything, during the day was the washing machine heavily. I cannot put my clothes away neide the wardrobe because there is a table and there is not space. The Sink bath was in one gap in the bedroom,etc.. I don’t to waste my time, but this place is not nice. Not recommend!!!!!

This is a basic hotel the few of the amenities you might get elsewhere. But at £50 for the night all my needs were met. As others have stated it’s a bit quirky having to arrange a booking in time but the place is otherwise unstaffed. The bed was clean and comfy, warm too as it was -1 outside. If all you want is somewhere to lay your head for the night then it’s very nice. I was in one of the upper rooms and the en-suite toilet was a of the macerator variety - no paper down the loo. But this did not distract from the overall stay.

This place should not be called a 'hotel'. I never write reviews even if I had negative experience but I need to warn people about this place. The hotel has written that you need to give them 'approximate' time of arrival but if you are later more then 30 minutes than the 'manager' (I guess that's his role) will not only make you wait on the doorstep for 45 minutes but also will give you lecture for 20 minutes (or more) of how people don't read instructions, how they are not a Hilton etc. Then you get terrifying instructions by aggressive 'manager' threatening to keep your £40 deposit and basically being prepared that the 'hotel' will take every opportunity to keep it. Lo and behold, if you leave 'hotel' even 30 minutes after required check out time, they will keep £10 of your deposit, even though instructions says that they will charge £10 for every hour of the late check out. I've travelled around the world and never had such a quite bad experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
