The location was convenient and the facilities were quite complete. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our original room was next to the elevator and was quite noisy, but they helped us change to another room quickly, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We found a very large spider in the room, which was unpleasant. The hotel also provides luggage storage service, but there was no dedicated storage area, so it did not feel very secure. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.

really nice hotel , lovely amenities and location. only issue was under the bed hadnt been checked as had a past couples lubricant apart from that amazing place to stay definitely recommend.

Comfortable bed, nice mood lighting, impressed there was a kitchen. Best part was 1pm late check out.

Good sized, clean room with equipped kitchenette including hob, microwave, dishwasher and good sized fridge. Large, comfortable bed, convenient energy sockets including USB.

Service on arrival was friendly and informative. Parking was £10 per day and is under cover next to the accommodation.  We requested a room away from the lift and this was given to us but it was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise.  The room and room size was enough for what we needed although given it was a room for 2, and we had cooking facilities, there was only one chair at the table so we to eat on our lap.  The only other thing for me, was that although we were only there for 3 nights, there was no room service so our bins did not get emptied, by day 4 they were overflowing and smelt.  They gave one dishwasher tablet only, a washing up sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid but nothing to wipe down the surfaces.  The bathroom facilities were ok, shower hot and powerful.  Again, the sink in the bathroom was high for me, not sure how a child would reach the sink. There was a complementary drinks and croissant station but personally the coffee was not to my taste. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend staying there, it is very central to everything.

Room was amazing, very clean and has every essential. Can’t say breakfast was great. Only plain croissants and hot drinks. Would be nice to to have something to have with the croissants like chocolate spread or jam. Some fruit and toast would be nice as well, just more of a variety. Apart from that, amazing.

Everything was perfect. Very clean. In the heart of central Nottingham. Very close to all facilities. See you in July. 😉

Room was very clean and very well equipped with a small kitchenette. Bed was really comfy. Free breakfast was a croissant and hot drink but totally adequate. Hot drinks available all day.

Great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean, modern, airy and spacious. Croissants and coffee in the morning a welcome bonus. Great location, right next to the Rescue Rooms, Rock City and Nottingham University. Easily walkable into town and to the train station. I would definitely stay again.
