Please be aware that this hotel does NOT accept ANY credit cards for payment. ******* says they accept visa - but the notice on their front desk says they cannot accept any credit cards. Really bad situation when you find this out and don't have ready access to cash in Mauritania to pay for your stay as you were expecting to pay by visa. This hotel is centrally located, and secure, the suite room is large and bed very comfortable, however air conditioning is not sufficient for the larger size of this room. Don't stay in any suite room on the 2nd floor as it overlooks a school and we had a lot of noise from it one night. Breakfast and the food in the general is very good. A supermarket is right around the corner. The staff in general only speak French, so if you don't have your google translate ready or you will be unable to communicate. Special thanks to Drame who went out of his way to assist us. You need to keep asking daily for soap, toilet paper and things for the room as they never replace. Overall it's a good hotel for it's location and we would recommend it, but yet please be aware about the credit card situation and pay on ******* or any third party booking site in advance.

Cool hotel, main problem was that it is not possible to pay with card. The warning during the reservation stage was to "make payment locally", but I did not consider that this meant in cash. Fortunately had enough, just. Besides that, was a great hotel, helpful service, and good breakfast/snacks.

The rooms are really very nice. one caution, there are lots of stairs, up and down, so not good for someone who can't handle stairs. And if one gets the great deal that ********** offers, that rate does NOT come with breakfast paid. It is however a worthwhile thing to pay for the breakfast. We have not used it but they also have pickup and drop off airporst service.

The Hotel is very nice inside, the TV in the room is way too small for the distance where is placed. The Hotel entrance is right on the street, which it may be not very safe, all this said there was always a guard in front. Overall very nice stay, with some precautions this may be the best option in Town.

We were very pleased by the overall experience. It is a lovely hotel in a good part of downtown. Parking was on the street in a dedicated spot.

A surprise find on TripAdvisor with lots of good reviews so I booked this hotel during my visit. As what other comments mentioned it is a great boutique hotel located in the center of Nouakchott. The room is big, clean, a bit of luxurious European deco and the bed is comfortable. The rate is also decent as well. If I come to Nouakchott again in the future, I will stay here again.

Franchement pour tourner dans les hôtels partout dans le monde, celui la est une excellente value for money. 4 étoiles à un très bon prix, chambre spacieuse et agréable. Les petits biscuits, chocolats et eau gratuite dans la chambre. Mosquée proche. Supermarché mitoyen. La seul remarque est la présence de lotions mais pas de shampoing dans la salle de bain.
