Hotel bem localizado, cercado de natureza exuberante! Antigo, porém bem conservado, necessitando de algumas pequenas reformas. Críticas ao Wi-Fi, péssimo e aos canais de TV disponíveis, a maioria com imagem péssima. Serviços de bar e restaurante, muito bons. Atendimento excelente.

Hotel excelente. Vc se sente em casa. O hotel faz um passeio gratuito aos sabados, contando a história de Nova Friburgo. O serviço de cozinha, limpeza são excelentes. Funcionarios prestativos e muito educados. Voltaremos.

A pior experiência que já tive, as fotos não são das condições atuais do local. Chão dos salões e dos corredores com manchas, paredes mofadas e estudadas. Macarrão a alho e óleo, literalmente óleo com alho de potinho!!!

Tinha na memória o hotel de muitos anos atrás. Apesar do atendimento gentil e solícito dos funcionários, o valor da diária não corresponde ao que é oferecido na atualidade. Sua localização é excelente mas as instalações devem ser repaginadas

Ótimo espaço, ambiente bonito e familiar, atendimento muito acolhedor. O único ponro que poderia melhorar é a questão do mofo, pois senti um pouco de alergia. Nada muito grave, mas é um ponto a ser aperfeiçoado.

Hotel com um público predominantemente idoso. O espaço é muito agradável, com uma enorme área verde cortada por um rio. O atendimento é muito bom, acima da média, desde a recepção aos garçons. Esquema all inclusive com bebidas à parte. Programação intensa, com um bar bem aconchegante. Falta manutenção em algumas áreas, como o salão de jogos, o que poderia ser facilmente resolvido. A dormida é boa e silenciosa é o banho bom. Único porém fica para os horários bastante restritos de refeição. Poderiam ampliar em uma hora a duração do almoço e do jantar, seguindo o padrão dos outros hotéis. Se o objetivo for descansar, recomendo!
