Very nice hotel at the coast with view on the sea. Self free parking, very nice staff, free wellness available, nice breakfast, large and very clean rooms smelling very nice. Prices are good. We are feeling very relaxed here. The city is cute, nice restaurants around, prices are not that bad in the city.

I have spent a week in the beautiful Hotel Nautica as a part of my Europian tour, and it just felt like home. Starting from the cleanliness of the room, where nice cleaning ladies made my bed every day, followed by the friendliest reception staff who patiently answered all of my questions and recommended amazing places to go, foods to try and gave me local tips on Novigrad and surrounding area. The breakfast was dreamy: fresh eggs, pancakes, sweets or salty things: whatever you want-they have. I would highly recommend this place and will for sure be back again! 

Nice visit and great location. Parking place is an advantage for the city. Also, the restaurant is literally downstairs which makes it convenient. The room needs some renovation, though. The WC was no longer properly attached to the wall so they fixed it with a metal support underneath which is hilarious.

What a location for visiting Novigrad! Parking, a pleasant short walk to downtown, and views over the large marina from our terrace. The room was very spacious, large sitting area with a small fridge, nice bathroom, large bedroom - and all with views (even a small window in the bath). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we asked advice about which wineries to visit. The selection of breakfast items was generous, we said it was a German-style breakfast: cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, cereals, yogurts, sausages, pastries and breads - and you can make your own espresso or Americano coffee, as well as having a choice of teas. We would have given a five-star rating except for the lack of air conditioning two of the four nights we stayed. Apparently we arrived just as the heat system was being switched to air conditioning and there was a glitch; not the hotel's fault but it was 26 degrees C in our room two. nights, and with no screens we didn't want to open windows. Everything else was wonderful, though, and we would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nautica. The rooms were great, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

A surprisingly spacious room with views of the marina, and very clean - we loved all that. Breakfast is incredible, like German breakfasts - cheeses, meats, pastries, yogurts, muesli and even a station to prepare eggs as requested. The easy walk to town was great, sunsets at nearby terrace bars was a plus. Hotel staff members were personable and helpful. Only problem was air conditioning not working properly- two of our four nights we couldn’t sleep much as it was over 26 degrees C in our room and as there are no screens we couldn’t leave the windows open. Apparently this is a common challenge this time of year when systems switch from heat to A/C, but we were pretty uncomfortable those two nights.Yet - we would stay here again, especially in cooler months.

We always like to return in this high class hotel - especially during the winter time to enjoy its spa amenities, saunas, pool and most of all spacious rooms. But real gem is their restaurant Navigare, where you will indulge your tang buds – their chef is just amazing in preparing vegan and also “normal” food. So, don’t hesitate if you want an intimate environment with you loved one :-)

A wonderful hotel, a unique location, very friendly staff. We stayed in a suite, giving us plenty of space and a beautiful full view into the Marina and the sea. The included breakfast was plenty, a big choice of everything including delicious cakes and sweets. We had dinner in the restaurant several times and each time the food was outstanding, as well as the service (special thanks to Damir and to Valentino). We could always trust their suggestions regarding what to eat and what to drink. The pool and the spa was big, always clean and a pleasure to use. I also enjoyed two extremely relaxing massages. Many thanks also to the staff at the reception, always friendly, smiling and helpful, speaking English, German and other languages. And a very very big thank you to Tony. People like you are rare!

Great location, super clean & super comfortable bed.

Nice and uncomplicated reception, large rooms with sea/harbor view, quiet location, parking on site, very extensive breakfast, great terrace, and very nice walking paths in the vicinity of the hotel. We liked it very much, we will be back!

Very elegant hotel, great attention to cleanliness and customer needs. Too bad the quality of the breakfast was certainly not adequate for the level of the structure. Very kind and prepared staff.

Hotel located on the port of Novigrad, all in nautical style. The hotel is very large, clean and well maintained, it has a spa area with two swimming pools, two saunas, a hydromassage and sensory showers; a massage area and Santa, the masseuse, is really great! The very spacious room with balcony overlooking the sea, king size bed, 3 of us slept apart. Spacious bathroom. Varied buffet breakfast, including sweet and savory, delicious pancakes. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant is very good and the staff is available. The guys at the reception were very helpful and satisfied us in everything. Ample and free parking for hotel guests. Very welcome gift for my husband's birthday.

The approximate cleanliness of the room, the ruined carpet and the poor maintenance take second place to the rudeness of some members of the staff. When checking in, no one tells us by what time the room must be vacated the next day, nor do I find any messages in the room or anything else. Since breakfast ends at 11 I assume that the time is that or immediately after. While I was finishing breakfast with my family (mother and two daughters aged 6 and 12), at 10.45am a member of staff reached us and told us that we had to leave the room immediately. We barely finish breakfast and hurry. When we left at 11.15am we were surprised: our bill was increased by 50%. Obviously I get angry and ask to reduce the penalty. In return I get a very rude and offensive attitude from what is apparently the manager and above all more insinuations about "us Italians". I really do not recommend it, especially to my fellow countrymen.

Great hotel, within walking distance to the old town... top rooms, very large... great breakfast selection... everything fresh... nicely decorated rooms... outdoor seating right by the harbor. Indoor pool with warm water... jacuzzi also available... simply brilliant... very friendly staff...
