Mövenpick Sarajevo Bristol

I will start with the good things: The room was very big. The toilet too. The wi-fi worked very well. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Around 5 pm they have some water and cookies for guests. The room was quiet. They had an iron and everything to iron your clothes, security box and a very big window. They have mini bar in the fridge of the room. Not sure about the prices. Not so good things: This hotel is convenient for people who are willing to walk, take a taxi or just don't mind staying in a hotel a bit far from the city center. I consider myself as a great walker and still got exhausted especially because summers are hot as hell. If you stay in a room next to the river be ready to see THOUSANDS of river mosquitoes (they don't bite or annoy you but it was weird to see the window completely covered) they can enter the room but they follow the lights. The window was a bit dusty and the cups for coffee were dusty too. Note: Bosnia has many earthquakes almost every day (something new I learned) so I experienced one. The bed and the lights moved at 4 am but I heard nobody saying anything. Just as FYI.

The location is very good in centre Sarajevo a lot of good restaurants and cafes close to the hotel .the breakfast was great buffet and a lot of kind of food  room was very good and clean

Great hotel and families friendly. Great location with easy access to all transportation mode such as train and taxi. Surrounded by variety of restaurants and markets

The hotel is quite well positioned. Not in the very city centre, but close enough that one could be there in under 30 minutes walk along the river banks. The staff and the service is generally what one should expect from movenpick. The rooms themselves have excellent bathrooms, yet the furniture and the carpet need and uplift to fit the service level.

Its a nice room to stay, did not explore much of the hotel amenities but overall all is good, service is pleasant and staffs are nice and helpful!

Housekeeping was very disappointing. Although my late checkout was approved for an extra hour, my key card was deactivated at the original checkout time, leaving me showering in the dark. We paid for an Advantage Room with two single beds but were given a double bed instead. Breakfast was decent, but if you don’t get there early, don’t expect items on the buffet to be refilled once they’ve run out. Overall, the experience didn’t match the standard we expected.

It was an amazing experience! Cozy, clean, beautiful. There's an Amazing pool in the Hotel with hammam and sauna! Not far from the Center. But its really easy to get there by tram! A lot of transport around, we used it every day since we didnt have a car.
