After staying for one night, the family came to the zoo. superior. purely. big bed. The staff was very helpful and asked to replace the hair dryer and kettle, they did everything.
The morning breakfast was delicious.

Located in a quiet residential area in Krylov Street, it gives a glimpse of ordinary everyday life in Novosibirsk. The area seems quiet, neat and safe, lots of greenery. Krylov Street makes for a pleasant walk in the summer and fall, except not much food options right next to the hotel - more food further out west, towards Krasny Prospekt.
There are budget meals and other amenities available a block away, 5-10 min walk to the north, in the shopping mall on Gogol Street, which also has an MRT station (Marshal Pokryshkin Stn).
There's also some food at the hotel itself. The a la carte offer is not too bad, the breakfast a bit too basic.

Больше точно не вернусь! Почитав хвалебные отзывы, и посещая этот город каждый месяц, решила остановиться в этом отеле. Подумала, как удобно, кухня есть, можно и что-то приготовить. После заселения могу сказать, что номер очень много пережил, но я подумала, ничего страшного. Но отношения к гостям здесь просто ужасное. 1. При заезде лежит только 1 набор принадлежностей для душа. ( заселилась я на 6 дней). Естественно его никто не пополняет. 2. Нет ни кофе, ни чая. 3. Естественно, никто не убирается, хотя сказали, что на 4 день будет уборка, но даже не вынесли мусор. 5. Завтраки не очень вкусные, но к этому ещё вернусь. 6. Недовольные лица сотрудников, особенно в кафе, как будто съедаешь их еду. Ну теперь к завтракам, я уезжала, и соответственно, не завтракала, на следующий день, опять собралась в поездку, подошла на ресепшн, принесла талон, попросила ланч бокс за не съедены й завтрак, конечно, отказ, приношу следующий талон, прошу собрать вечером, чтобы завтра забрать, всех предупредила, но ланч бокс просто исчез, вроде был, но видимо кто-то съел, прошу ещё один, тк улетаю, но уже все ушли. Бог с ними этими завтраками, но отношение стоит все таки поменять. И сервис улучшать. Более сюда ни ногой, и никому не советую, уж лучше гостиница.

Просторная квартира но , все услуги вроде уборки и смена белья платные , если бесплатно то специально сделано что ждать довольно долго . бесплатно Смена белья раз в 8 дней , уборка раз в 4 дня. Парковка платная 350 р ночь , если бесплатно то ставь где хочешь . К празднику просто подняли цену за аренду . Вообщем в итоге получается переплата за все и за эти деньги можно что-то и лучше снять. Не рекомендуется
