The service was excellent. The food was better at most all inclusive that I’ve tried. The pool and beach were excellent. I loved the different themed nights.

Just a bad , dirty hotel. I left after 24 hours and was not refunded anything. Terrible food , dirty , old. Unsafe and lack of security

This was a great all-inclusive in so many ways! The staff was super fun, friendly, and effective. Entertainment every day was a blast. The food selection and quality was perfect and added a ton of value to the experience. The pool and beach areas were idyllic, we never couldn’t find a good spot at either. The room with ocean view was spacious and clean…the general vibe at the hotel was super fun! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the room, bed was comfortable, the resort was easy to navigate, the beach was great, the dinner options are much better than other resorts we have stayed at, premium alcohol and great drinks, amazing waiters and waitresses, fun with activity staff. Rocky Royalty came with a few additional benefits and room on the 8th floor. We loved our trip and would go back. Hotel could use some minor renovations

Amazing views out of our room. We had an ocean view and the sunsets are amazing to watch on the balcony. Staff tried to be as helpful as they could be (we did not receive the late check out like we had been made to believe would be no problem but I could tell the staff tried. All of our other requests were attentively implemented though). Food was decent at a la carte restaurants (if you are a foodie you may not be as thrilled but I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews). I thought the hotel and grounds were well maintained (again after reading some of the reviews I had low expectations but once again was pleasantly surprised ). The hotel had lots of fun rock memorabilia to explore. The room was decent. Not as modern as a recent reno but by no means run down. We sat on the beach everyday so enjoyed having the pool music in the background (we did not find it loud). It was really a fun hotel for all ages. I saw couples, groups and families all being catered to. Like most mentioned, the staff are really good. Management was there every morning doing pre start up meetings I noticed. I’m not good with names so can’t give a shout out to all the fabulous people but off the top of my head the doormen super welcoming, the concierges were very attentive, the waitstaff all good (zen staff stood out), the kayak activity area person was super helpful and one of our favourites was the beach drink waiter (I think his name was Oscar ) who was fantastic! Great spot.

Great place to stay with or without kids. We brought our 8 month old and they provided a bottle sterilizer for us. I thought that was amazing.
