The hotel is in a very good location. Eleanora at the desk was wonderful! She was able to help us plan and navigate our stay in Nuoro and the near-by villages. Her English is excellent. She was extraordinarily helpful!

Beautiful stay at this hotel. The lady at reception was so lovely at check in. She showed me where to park our car, how to get to our room and around the hotel. The room was very modern , clean and comfortable. Parking was only €3 for the night and the location was great, very short walk to the Main Street.

Staff was very nice. Washing machine was free to use. The room could be optimised : kitchen equipment very basic (no pan), some stuff were broken, no TV, could have more furniture (eg bedside table, table and chair on the balcony, drying rack,...)

La struttura ha un ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro storico. Pulizia della stanza quotidiana e ambienti grandi, confortevoli e ben riscaldati. Letti molto comodi, anche il divano letto. Consigliato!

Siamo stati a Nuoro per vedere i familiari per le festività natalizie, perciò check-in il 25 pomeriggio, abbiamo avuto un intoppo e fatto tardi rispetto all’orario previsto, il personale è stato attento alle nostre necessità e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie all’accesso alla stanza. Abbiamo preso una stanza che aveva la cubica compresa, pulita, in ordine, era presente tutto il necessario con relative istruzioni. Ottima qualità, in caso di necessità torneremo sicuramente

Nous sommes arrivés tard, après la fermeture de la réception. Nous avons reçu par whastapp toutes les informations pour récupérer notre appart le jour même. Tous s’est très bien passé. Ça manque d’un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine mais rien d’insurmontable.
