1. Toilet and bathroom is too small even for Asian

Staff was nice and helped me a lot in terms of how to travel in tram. It was quick ride by tram to old town.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, and the location is convenient—not far from the city center. I highly recommend it!

Not much to say. It can all be summarized to a very clean room, a decent location (walking distance from the old town) and as one of the nosiest hotels I've experienced in my life, you simply can't get any sleep. 100 euros/night for non stop noise are too much in my opinion.

Early morning, 6 AM. The lady who works the new shift just gets in from the cold. There's 2 more behind the desk. I go to the reception to check out. She says quite rudely, raising her palm, "5 minutes." I am kind of late for my flight and nobody is there. 5 minutes? In that voice? At 6 AM? And you want a good review? The room was fine otherwise and the girl at the reception the previous night was super ok. It's just about chance, I guess. No standards
