Amazing

Initially, I saw the low rating and numerous negative reviews, so I didn't have high expectations and only booked one night to try it out. However, to my surprise, the overall experience was excellent! The room decoration was very well done. The only downsides were the unstable hot water supply, which was on and off, and a complete power outage throughout the hotel. Other than that, everything else was very satisfactory.

The hotel’s exterior design and appearance are actually quite striking, and it was a pleasure to experience it firsthand. I highly recommend it to Lego fans, even adults, for a fun-filled stay.
Children will be captivated by the colourful design and facade upon arrival.
All hotel guests are given fun activities to complete, which can be rewarded with a keychain at the end. Unfortunately, we both received duplicates. This is something i hope the hotel staff can improve on for their guests as i felt that kids doing this activities shouldn’t be given something that felt like a leftovers from unsold stocks.
The lift features different designs and plays music while in use.
Each room has bunk beds for kids and a king-size bed that can be separated with a door, allowing parents and children some private time after a long day.
There is a safe box in the room which encourages kids to solve puzzles and earn two plastic polybags filled with Friends and Dreamzz series toys.
The morning meals are delicious and include a decent spread suitable for children.
Overall, this hotel is a must-stay for Lego fans and a wonderful experience for kids.

Service was great. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing is the hotel isn't equipped with much amenities, though I do appreciate the sanitiser machine at every corner. It was v useful for the kids.

If you've ever stayed at a theme park hotel in China, then you absolutely should skip this one! It's much more convenient to just take a taxi from the city center. You can easily do all the rides at the park multiple times in just three hours! Seriously, though this is just my personal opinion, I felt like I was staying in a rented apartment. The bathroom has tiled walls, but the patterns look like stickers slapped on. The entire room is very dimly lit, with very few light sources you can control. Most importantly, there's no nightlight for the evenings, so it gets incredibly dark once the lights are off, and there isn't even a bedside lamp! For families with kids, this is truly awful! The cups were just sitting out like this when we entered! Shouldn't they be placed face down? The spoons are disposable but came without any packaging, making them feel really unsanitary! There was a lot of limescale on the shower floor, and it felt slippery.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the facilities were also good. The breakfast was plentiful, and there were Lego elements everywhere, which my child loved.

Excellent stay! We came from Singapore primarily for a Legoland trip with our child during the winter holidays. We couldn't exchange Malaysian currency in our home country, but upon arrival, we realized it wasn't really necessary. The front desk did require a VISA card or local cash for the deposit. However, I discussed it with them, explaining that many VISA cards are now digital and don't have a physical form, so they waived it for me. On level LG1 or LG2, heading towards the park, there are quite a few restaurants. For most of our meals these past few days, we ate at the large supermarket there. They have freshly made pizza, fries, chicken, etc., which were all delicious. They also have French Häagen-Dazs, which we practically had a tub of with every meal – very satisfying and even cheaper than back home! Alipay works there. I recall seeing KFC and Subway too, so you have other options if you prefer. The room was even better – very spacious! We were one adult and one child, but honestly, two adults and two children would easily fit. It was also fun, with puzzles and such. The hotel usually organizes activities like building blocks and dancing, which kept the kids very happy.

The hotel staff are really helpful and friendly. If you are driving, the carpark is convenient and safe. My kids thoroughly loved the Lego concept and had so much fun playing in the lobby area. There were blocks, and lego for the kids to play and keep them occupied. They even managed to make new friends there! The rooms itself were pleasant. The room was large (a king and bunk) and comfortable for the whole family. We had a quiet room further down the hall. There was a musty smell thoughout the whole hotel, which we gathered was from the carpets not drying because of ac. Maybe using an odour remover or essential oils in the rooms? Otherwise, a fabulous stay.

Overall, it was just so-so. The convenient part was being close to the park, so we could come back to take shelter from the rain. The kids were super excited, sleeping independently in their bunk beds for the first time, and they even had kids' toothbrushes and toiletries, making them feel right at home. As long as the kids enjoyed it, that's what matters to them... but I personally always felt the air in the hallway wasn't great. Anyway, it was an okay experience for one night; I wouldn't specifically choose to stay here again. The service was still pretty good, and while breakfast was noisy and just so-so, it's understandable with all the kids around.

It was very lively, but the air conditioning on the 5th floor was too cold. Even with the AC off in my room, it was still chilly.

Both adults and children were thrilled to step into the LEGOLAND Hotel, completely immersed in the world of LEGO with LEGO brick creations everywhere. The room layout was excellent, providing separate spaces for adults and kids. The bathroom had a children's sink, but I don't understand why there was only shampoo and conditioner, no shower gel. The staff were enthusiastic, making for a great stay.

One of the most unforgettable moment of our life. My kids love legoland so much and they want to come back again. Everything is amazing. The room design superb, the lift got music and disco lights so everytime we get in were all dancing. The food is a buffet type (adult and kids food choices). You can get in and out from the theme park anytime too!

King's Family Suite. The room also had a treasure hunt where kids solved clues to open a box and get a gift. The children absolutely loved it! The hotel is filled with LEGO elements everywhere, and getting into the park is incredibly convenient.

The hotel was great, really perfect for kids! My little one was so excited when we walked in and saw all the Lego elements. They had a blast at Legoland the next day too. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

I brought my elder son here 10 years ago and had a great experience. Back then, guests could enter the park early, but that's no longer the case. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. There's a musty smell, like mildew, in the low-floor corridors. My room didn't smell, but the towels looked a bit old and dirty. My child developed a full-body rash after sleeping on the large bed for one night. He's been taking Claritin for 5 days, and his body is better, but his face is still affected. We were in a hurry to enjoy the park, so I didn't want to waste time packing and changing rooms, so we just put up with it.
