This is our first time staying here. It is located very deep into the out skirt and it is a long trip. Our check in was smooth and we got into our room within half an hour of arrival. The next day breakfast was superb. Lots of choices and as usual they served us with Asian delights. Lots of nationalities were here too.

This is the best 5star hotel I’ve ever been, cleanliness is top notch as well as the safety and services ,from housekeepers to receptionist I’m amaze with the kind of service . I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank Frazer team , Job well done 👍 , I will be back soon.

The room was good and spacious, very clean and many amenities in the room and the hotel itself. Breakfast could be improved though, it wasn’t very well cooked and the variety is not a lot.

It was a nice staycation at Fraser Place. The room was clean n services was good. Just that the bathtub stopper was not properly cap when we put water. Breakfast was good.

It's a cool hotel that I'm first time visit. But there's no mall around. And there's swimming below. Otherwise it's very cool if there's few mall around.

Location and facilities were great but let down by the stench coming from the common toilet which cause the whole room to smell too.
The Good::
- Main bedroom bed was larger than a normal King size bed. It's either an Euro King or Super King size
Comes with Nespresso coffee machine, washing, machine, dryer and dishwasher. Good for longer stay and self cooking.
Area of Improvement:: (had feedback to counter staff)
- Toilet was clean and tidy so suspect that the stench either came from the ventilation vents or the clogged pipes. Smell affect the whole room so had to close the toilet doors.
- Main bedroom toilet sink was also clogged
- Trip.Com showed 3 King size bed in description but 2 bedroom deluxe only comes with 1 x King and 2x Single.
So it's misleading.

Fraser place exceeded my expectations in terms of service and quality! Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff was accommodating to requests and made us felt so welcome. The only downside was the breakfast queue and spread. Nevertheless, we had a good stay for one night and will be back again soon 👍🏻

Nice place. Very near a lot of entertainment and eateries. We had fun roaming around to CNY bazaar which is walking distance from hotel. Nice to have bath tub for our kids to play in. Decent amenities and good service from check in to check out. The room’s toilet did smell bad at times and he aircon was super cold even though we adjusted it to be higher.
Having a good washing machine in the room was a blessing because we could clean our dirty clothes saving us washing when we get home after a holiday.
The highlight was definitely the CNY fireworks that was on going and such a joy to watch up close. We had a fantastic holiday.
