nice environment but far from city area, and when booking already mention need a big bed them didn’t prepare in advance, and the coffee table look old already

the hotel is very big and bright in the rooms. Swimming pool is very easily accessible! The food at the cafes were good. We could see a lot of reptiles at the exhibition too! Shopping at NSK is convenient too! Will come back to this hotel!

The hotel is located at a convenient location that has access to NSK grocer and a Jungle gym indoor playground. The other side of the mall also has shopping areas like Padini. Parking is free and plenty of lots.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. We got a king size bed and a sofa bed. The pool was clean and had a kid's pool too. The hotel area was quiet, less crowded and shops were closed by 10pm.

Pick the hotel for the first time. Some big shops downstairs but the main eating area is about a quick 10min drive away. Overall, a good hotel because of the very good customer service.

This is my repeated booking for this hotel. The Family suite comes with coffee machine and microwave, 2 bathroom and 2 TV, 1 in the living room and 1 in my bedroom. The living room is so spacious. Night view is better. The 2 bedrooms Family suite has better view.
