We booked the Minion room for one night staycation with 2 young toddlers! The room is very clean, the slide is huge and my children love them very much! The bed is comfortable, amenties are clean too. Shampoo and body wash is same bottle which is 2 in 1. Toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, snacks are provided too. Unlimited americano and 2 free random toys are redeemable at Sunway Grid Hub which is walkable. Overall experience is good and definitely will come back again! :)

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—comfortable, clean, and cozy. My child especially enjoyed the stay thanks to the great amenities. The host was very accommodating and responded promptly to all messages. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely try other rooms on my next stay.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was nice. Amenities are all nearby. Good location for families to relax.

Stayed at the 2 Bedroom unit during their soft opening and honestly, this hotel has so much potential to become one of the top family staycation spots in Johor! We were the first guests there! Thank you to the entire team at Dao by Dorsett Puteri Cove for the warm hospitality and memorable experience. The 2 Bedroom unit was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families or group stays. The layout felt very homely with a beautiful living area, dining space, kitchen, and balcony overlooking the stunning Puteri Harbour surroundings. The unit came with useful amenities such as: * Spacious living and dining area * Fully equipped kitchenette/kitchen * Refrigerator * Washer & dryer * Smart TV * Wi-Fi * Comfortable king and twin beds * Rain shower bathrooms * Balcony with beautiful views * Swimming pool access * Gym/fitness facilities * Family-friendly environment * Free parking The overall ambience of the hotel was modern, peaceful, and luxurious while still giving a cozy “home away from home” feeling. What truly made the stay special was the amazing service from the staff. Every single staff member was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Special compliments to: * Anis, for her generous smile, friendliness, and attentiveness. She constantly checked in on us and made us feel very valued throughout the stay. * Muhammad, for being professional and responsive for any queries. * The room service manager who came personally to ensure everything was settled smoothly. * Hajar, for making our second day easy and pleasant while listening carefully to our feedback. The team also went the extra mile with decorations and cake arrangements, which made our stay feel extra meaningful and personalised. Breakfast overall was enjoyable, especially on the first day where the hashbrown was perfectly crunchy and the spread was satisfying. The hotel’s dining area was comfortable and relaxing as well. The hotel itself is beautiful, family-friendly, and strategically located near Puteri Harbour and family attractions. Definitely looking forward to coming back again for the official opening. Very comfortable place to stay with family. Spacious room and clean. Very near to Puteri Harbour. For me the place is strategic.

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.

Place is clean and well maintained. Room is perfect for families except location. But it is a short drive to legoland.

Spacious hall with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..1 king and 1 queen bed. King bedroom comes with big bathtub. Hotel next Fraser place Walk in Breakfast at swatch cafe. 55rm per pax. Worth it. Balcony with Partial view of sea with building view in the middle. Exterior facade wall building can be repaint to gv fresh look. Washing mach cum dryer Big fridge Stove but no pans n pots Very friendly accomodative reception staff

Few times stayed before with my family. Nice environment and the clean rooms. Near to LEGOLAND. Highly recommended!!
