Mountain View room is nice and big. Jacuzzi at the balcony was amazing . Hospitality is nice and weather was cold. I would like to have more international dishes like pasta with tomato sauce , grilled chicken or backed, briyani and to cook with less species .

Honestly, everything about The Golden Ridge is amazing. The rooms are huge with the best hillside views, and the food is genuinely so good. The service was also top-notch - the staff were all super welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. But my absolute favorite part has to be the landscape design. The way they built the hotel to blend perfectly with the greenery and the misty Nuwara Eliya vibe is just beautiful. It doesn't feel out of place at all. Every corner is super pretty and photogenic - the perfect spot if you just want to unplug and relax. Highly recommended!

We booked a mountain view room at one of the most beautiful hotels. The food was so-so; we booked breakfast and dinner, but the downside was that drinks were not included in the booking price.

Located on the top of the mountain. However the lack of netting makes it hard to open the window without having insects flying in. Otherwise, nice and comfortable stay!

Could be better. The TV was not working, I called reception, but nobody came to check. There is a window in the washroom which is really cold!!! No hairdryer, I have to call for it. Waited more than 10 min to get the kids club open.

The garden is beautiful and the pool is great, but the room carpet was incredibly dirty with a very strong smell of dust and dust mites. I had severe allergies for the two days I stayed there, to the point where I had to wear a mask to sleep at night. Opening the window for ventilation didn't help at all. Everything else was good, except for this.
