寒くても暖房は、有りません。タオル類は全く無いです。トイレットペーパーも言わないと有りません。電気も球切れが多いです。バスターミナルは近いので便利です。

酒店距離汽車站約1.6公里，在路邊，挺好找的，房間設施陳舊，特別是熱水器，衞生和環境一般，適合行程中轉將就睡一晚。

I had a wonderful stay at Inroma Holiday Resort in Nuwara Eliya. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is peaceful yet close to town, which made it easy to explore. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya for a relaxing and comfortable getaway

its was terrible experinece . not recommended , waste of time,, kitchen, bathroom, pillow, bed sheets, are not clean..... bad smell of pillows and bed sheets

Stayed here for 2 days and 1 night with family and friends. Overall the service was nice, clean rooms and bathrooms. Only thing that made me upset was during our stay the WiFi was not working and also food was very spicy though we are requesting for non spicy food specially me and my baby cause we are not eating spicy food. But definitely I’ll recommend this property specially to someone traveling with their family.

Kanna was very helpful and I had the best sleep after reaching there. Beds were so comfortable and more than enough thick blankets were there. The rooms is way more valuable for money. I might definitely go there again when I visit nuwaraeliya again
