У нас были проблемы с хозяйкой, мы забронировали отель на шесть ночей, но она отказывалась в это верить. она очень громко говорит одно и тоже и мы спорили с ней два часа. после чего она позвонила своему сыну и это нас спасло. они разрешили нам остаться с учетом что им придут деньги, она каждый день нам напоминала о том что ей деньги не пришли, хотя это не должно было быть нашей проблемой. Мы деньги отправили как только забронировали этот отель. Нас заселили в какую то запасную комнату с огромным шкафом в котором лежали чьи то вещи, во всех тумбочках лежали чужие вещи. нам пришлось хранить свои вещи на полу. В комнате очень холодно. Плюсом могла была быть кухня, но как только ты идешь готовить что
то, то сразу же прибегает хозяйка и начинает давать указы что нужно закрыть мусорник или не трогать специальную сковородку. Поэтому этот плюс сразу отпадает. Так же в отеле очень слышно все что происходит в соседних комнатах и туалетах. Утром и вечером бывает громко. Не советую бронировать этот отель!

Super nice place! Big and clean rooms, super nice views to the city and the host is very welcomming and nice. Host made great breakfast and made good coffee! One of our friends lost her phone on a tuktuk and the host helped to find the tuktuk driver and with her quick moves, the phone was tracked down and we finally found it! Thanks to our lovely host!

Nice place. Very cleaned rooms and superb view. Worth for money .Nice view from the balcony with the beautiful mountains and Nuwara Eliya city. Also we can make meals in the kitchen. walking distance from Nuwara Eliya city. Highly recommend for home stay

They called on 16th Friday and told cancel the booking from a different phone number. Also Told this is the long weekend and others can't offer room for one person as well as me. But why there are provided on ***********? I'm really disappointed
